Hello dear Teresa!

A very good question indeed!

To be truly honest, I have stumbled upon a SFI add today through Facebook (I don't know the author of the add), but I saw many negative comments for that add (such as: this is a MLM (multi-level marketing) and will NOT result in any income etc.), and being a SFI colleague, I "stepped up" and said the following: "Those of you who do not believe, that there is gold in the hill that you are given to mine, someone else

If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

Hello mr. Mccommon!

I would say (in my opinion of course), that both ways are effective.
By distributing TC gift cards (and/or gift certificates) you stimulate your team of PSA's and CSA's to take that "next step" towards becoming a leader.
Distributing TC gift cards and/or gift certificates also boosts their morale, and strengthens their trust in this stable system, that we call SFI.

Hope this helps!
