The most important thing you can do outside of the Daily To Do List which will contribue more than anything to your long term growth is to PROMOTE with a view to growing your team.

Use every advertising medium you can come across, you don't always have to spend much if any money to get some really great results from advertising, you will typically find that it is offline advertising which would be the most expensive option and would also be one of the hardest things to get right.

You will find a large number of tools to help you promote in the "Marketing Aids" section of the members area which also features over 100 suggestions for ways in which you can Market SFI and Triple Clicks.

Promoting online is a massive world and there are literally thousands of websites where you can promote completely free and still get some great results.

I would recommend creating a unique domain name of your own and creating a personal custom gateway (or even multiple ones) to attract new prospects to your team, best course of action would be to register with a couple of banner exchanges so you will earn banner advert exposure whenever someone visits your gateway pages, register with as many advertising sites as you possibly can, there are literally THOUSANDS of opportunities out there.
Use Viral Mailers (Safelist Mailers) to send out emails to potentially millions of prospects on a daily basis, register with Traffic Exchanges, Text Ad Exchanges, Classified Ad Sites, use Social Media posts, basically if there is a way in which you can promote without spamming it's going to be worthwhile.

Always remember when you look to signup at any sites, from my own experience on the most part marketing sites which boast of having large member numbers typically have the worst results, there is still potential for you to draw in new team members through them, though on the most part they don't clean up their member databases so have a very large proportion of inactive members, sometimes the best results can come from what may appear on the face of things to be the smallest of sites.

You have to always be patient and persistent as success will not come over night, it will generally take you many months of constant hard work promoting before you will see any significant sign of growth which as time progresses will reciprocate as you build an active team.

The main point you should observe is that there may be various reasons regarding why those PSA's and CSA's have become inactive in the first place.

How often are you trying to make contact with them?
Have they blocked your email from contacting them through SFI?
Were they EVER actually ACTIVE in the first instance?
If they were active what kind of success did they have?

The most common reason that people give up on any opportunity presented to them is that they are unable to make a success of it, sometimes they try everything they can and it simply doesn't work, though more often than not it's just that they expect to get quick earnings whilst they sit on their backsides and do absolutely nothing to contribute to their own potential success.

Never try to contact your inactive team members more than once a week otherwise you will run the risk of just really annoying them to the point that they may cancel altogether or complain about you spamming them.

All you can do with your existing affiliates is try to reach out to them and encourage them to become active, if they don't respond to this just move on and apply your efforts to where they would be much better spent, give additional support to your affiliates that are ACTIVE and work on growing your team so that you can get some fresh blood whom you will be able to initiate from the start and make them very much aware that it will require persistent work and commitment before they will see even a glimmer of success.

Always remember that typically only about 1% of the members on your team will become active and remain active for 6 months or more, these are the members that you should really apply your efforts to in order to make sure they remain active!

It can be easy to assume that when you initiate conversation with a PSA you should go straight in with full on discussion about SFI telling them what to do, perhaps looking upon them like they are an employee, this kind of response is likely to lead to ultimate failure in most instances.

With everyone you bring in to any affiliate program, where you make personal contact with them you will always get the best results from making the whole thing on a more personal level, don't look at a PSA as an employee, look at them as an associate.

Take some time to get to know these people on a personal level, establish common ground, rather than dictating to them what they need to do in SFI, explain to them what has worked best for you, brainstorm with them over what has worked best for them with their other opportunities and also what hasn't worked.

Try and gain knowledge beyond the world of SFI to make the PSA more at ease with coming to you if they need help with anything and the chances are very strong that they will commit much more to trying to succeed with SFI, if you are available as an associate, even a friend to them to help them reach success, they will have a lot more respect for you and for the SFI program.

that's a question for which there is no set answer.

What you need to do as a Team Leader is establish the needs of those affiliates that you bring in, understant what they are trying to achieve from their membership and support them in every way that you can.

Just like in the real world, very few people really want to be in a Team Leader position because it comes with a lot of additional responsibilities which most people would never actually want to take on.

As their sponsor it's your position to be making them fully aware of the benefits that can come to them if they fully apply themselves to making SFI work to it's fullest extent, and with that it does require an element of encouraging them to become Team Leaders, but my first priority would be to first encourage them to build their own team of active affiliates so that when/if they do reach Team Leader they will be able to maintain that position for the long term and not become discontented if they reach it one month and never achieve it again

Some of the time it can just be a matter of luck with regards to how far you can progress through the rounds, though I have always found that the knockout trivia game can prove very lucrative if you are able to reach the final rounds of it.

The simple fact is the SFI program itself is the best incentive you can offer anyone to join and find out for themselves what the potential of the program is.

If you offer people incentives of any kind they will just signup to take advantage of that incentive and 99% of the time do nothing more.

People by their nature are lazy and don't want to put the effort in to earning residual incomes and expect things to be handed to them on a plate, the best thing you can do is explain all the benefits and potentials of SFI, use your own personal experience of it to encourage members to signup.

Offer incentives only if they become active and put the work in to growing with SFI, otherwise you will end up with poor results and laying out a lot more time and money than you need to

From my own personal experience of running a number of affiliate marketing websites I would say that bribing & incentivising is something that you need to be extremely careful with.

If you were to tell someone that you would give them a reward just for being active on a website, the result would be that they would become active in order to get this reward, but after they had received it, unless you were to offer them the same incentive over and over again they would just become inactive, and ultimately you would be the one that loses out from having given the incentive in the first place.

The best thing you can do is offer small infrequent, surprise rewards to those in your downline that are active through their own personal motivation as these are the individuals that most likely understand, particularly with SFI, that it is something which requires a lot of time and patience to achieve overall success and financial return.

For those that are inactive, try as best you can to coach and motivate them to become active, use real world examples of how they can achieve success with SFI, you will find that proving yourself as a worthy leader will motivate and drive a few, but on the most part, the majority of members will not commit to anything on the long term due to lack of patience.

The sad fact is most people are still in the mindset that the internet is somewhere that you can get rich quick, whilst this may happen for a select few, for the rest of us it's about spending time to grow and develop and watch our residual incomes online grow at a steady rate

To me this seems like a very obscure and possibly self explanatory question.

YOU will know you have become successful in SFI and TripleClicks as YOU will feel that you have earned something worthwhile from the time and effort that you have put in.

Success doesn't have to be measured in terms of financial return, you may be participating in the SFI program purely as a hobby to earn a bit of pocket money, or you could be serious about turning it in to a lucrative and sustainable long term business, that is something for which only YOU would know the answer.

There is simply not a generic answer for how and when you have become successful as there are many different ways in which success can be measured, so put simply, if YOU feel that you have become successful in SFI and TripleClicks then who are we or anyone else to tell you otherwise???
