Well, this should be fairly easy. The ones who had really bad experiences with online businesses will do everything they can to stay away. They will never land on your capture pages, they will never read your articles about a profitable online business and they will never engage in a face to face discussions on the topic. They just don't want to hear about it anymore and they're better off without it. So you don't even have to bother.
Hooray! This already made your life a lot easier. Why, you might ask?! Simple because everyone else who already signed-up here on SFI, who sign-up to your newsletters, who follow your links and banners and who are willing to discuss the subject ARE ALL INTERESTED. They are opened to this. You only need to pour in the right stuff. SFI knowledge center has everything you need to do so. You just need to find the right trigger (support, good tips, gifts, contests, challenges, rewards, thirst for knowledge etc) for anyone and pull it.

Enthusiasm, perseverance, enthusiasm, pro activeness, enthusiasm, willingness to succeed, enthusiasm, patience, enthusiasm, ability to stay focused, enthusiasm, enthusiasm and even more enthusiasm. Like any endeavor you pursue in your life, if your not enthusiastic about it, the flame that drives and guides you on will slowly die off. And you don't want that to happen.
Skills??! Not many. If you can read, write and communicate, that's about all you may need in here for a start. Check all the learning resources SFI has put up here for its members and you will get all the needed skills to be successful with SFI. Be sure to check regularly (especially if/when you feel you are lost in the process) the SFI Basics, the Launchpad and the Training and Marketing tabs on your Affiliate Center. And the Forum and Ask SC tab, of course.
