I am going to address this question by focusing on those actions that affiliates need to focus on after they have completed those actions under Getting Started, Launchpad and Intermediate sections.
1. Often overlooked but indispensable to those affiliates who want to maximize their earnings and increase their action VersaPoints (AVPs) are the DAILY ACTIONS which earn affiliates on average 360 AVPs every month

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

You know if your PSAs and CSAs are serious about their SFI business if:
1. They are logging on to their Homepage everyday and doing their actions. This represents very basic but fundamental interest in the business;

2. They are participating at the Forum which indicates a desire to be involved in the SFI community by asking questions and sharing their knowledge with other affiliates;

Why or why not should I promote Fast-Track 2.0 in my welcome letters to new affiliates? If yes, what wording should I add?

You do not need to do a hard sell of the Fast Track 2.0 in your welcome letter. Why? SFI has an excellent system of communicating with affiliates including new sign ups and it does not make sense trying to duplicate that effort. In fact, it could become a turn off for new ones who might feel pressured or overwhelmed at being bombarded. How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

You could do any number of things:
1. Point them to the successful affiliates-they have some things in common- one of them, a badge for Daily Versapoints Streak with an impressive number. Lesson: It is a recipe for success.

2. Refer them to your Versapoints Streak Badge: Lesson: Your are leading by example. It is a recipe for your success.

3. Do the math for them. 30 x 11 330 VPs just to do the daily actions, 30 x 4 for group mailer, 5 x 4 for TConnect, 3 x 4 for Stream

Many of the top affiliates did not see success after 1 year. Look at year one as your foundation year. It is the year that you spent to get to know the SFI business, get familiar with the system, begin to grow an active downline, getting into the habit of promoting TripleClicks and supporting your store and making your own contribution to the SFI Community through ASK SC and the Forum.

I think Lesson # 3 is the best. Titled, Are you on the “Anti-Wealth” Plan? This LaunchPad Lesson brought into sharp focus how a ‘job for life’ can condemn you to poverty even if you are bright, accomplished and an excellent worker. Some affiliates may see the KO Trivia and other games as unproductive endeavours. You could try the following:
1. It is a whole lot of fun and does not cost you anything. We should not take ourselves so seriously. KO Trivia is part of SFI's strategy to get affiliates involved in the business in a fun loving way. I would give anything to hear that opening bell!

How is building a second income with a company like SFI beneficial to me?

Building a second income at SFI is beneficial in a number of ways:
1. The world economy continues to be weak. A stable job or job for life is a thing of the past. SFI offers the opportunity to earn in a weak or strong global economy. If the economy is strong, people buy more- sales at your TripleClicks store could benefit. If the economy is weak more people are seeking ways to make an extra buck- more affiliates for you and an opportunity to build a strong downline.

Great question. I will offer two don'ts
1. Affiliates should not become overwhelmed with the mountain of information that is available at SFI. Read something new everyday but the most important thing is to make a list of things that you can do in month one. Better to start slowly and build a momentum from a solid foundation.
