How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

There is a lot ways to benefit from your PSAs, efforts:
1. When they mentain and improve on their ranking per month.
2. When they increase their triple clicks sales commission.
3. There is exponential spill over to you do to the volume of business generated by you PSAs per on.
4. You earn bardges, recongnitions, awesome sponship etc.
This is just to mention but a few, Good luck to you just keep building and growing.

We don't need to go into war of words, arguing to prove or make our points. All that people want to see is the PROOFS! of what it is you want them to get into.
There is a lot of ways to go about it, from My own point of view,
"we don't build business we build people to grow our business."-Imma. U.O. My personal conviction is doing a little on daily basics to make a desired difference I want to see.
If I believe that if people no matter their begining made some worth while from their live.
Mr Gery Carson, the founder of SFI, speaks volumes.
1-Sharing peoples testimony of those who have been able to earn a living or financial independence.
2-Your personal history of growth and progress, probably showing them your cheques.
3-Your enthusiasm towards the business can go along way to inspiring some to have faith.
WARNING! Those who are up for quick fix or grab, will be disappointed. It requires hard work,patience, focuse, diligence and committement.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Leadership is a skill one can develop over time in every field of endeavour, like the old saying goes "great men are not borne but great men are made" The making is a process of lifes work growth in the cause of acquiring skills.
If Gery did it you can do it, if Obama did it you can do it, SFI gives ample opportunity for us to learn from people who have done what we want to do.
Leaders good followers and equally leaders are adent readers. Don't give to mistakes because they are spices to your greatest success.
Yes you can, If you can take responsibility for your actions and own it up for integrity sake You are Leader.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

A very good question,
To him that believe all Things are possible, autopilot would be a very good idea but it will cost a lot of technical application and skills to achieve such a feet.
But I believe it will make one lazy and there is nothing more profiting than constant learning and improvement.
I am afraid it would not be a good example for ones downlines. Improvements can only be achieve by disciplining oneself to do the daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Atopilot will even make one follow up important SFI infospace and news.
I hope this helps you to re evaluate you priorities about your business.

A lot makes me to keep on SFI, The very driving force is My goal, to achieve financial independent at a set time. And again the testimony of those who been in the business before me who have achieved alot. Finally the training and experience acquired in the cause of doing the business.
Thus I believe are the basic Things that has been keeping me going.

Just read,learn and comprehend as much as possible of the rudiments of SFI Basics, Lunchpad, testimonials, then modify they to soot your goals and dreams.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

For PSAs coming in for the very first time in My opinion, I will say if your enrolling speed is 5 per week it will be,wise to treat them with some form of a warm welcoming smile by greeting them with their first Name mentioned on your Mail to them.
For your first impression leaves a lasting mark or sign in their memories for life. For every one is customer treat them nicely the first time you keep them loyal for life, how about that?
