SFI has the perfect platform for larg group management. As we have all been shown, it is important to work with your workers. We only need 5 committed affiliates to build a large team from. There are tools that allow us to reasign other active affiliates under each committed affiliate in our first line. Only assign affiliates to committed active team leaders or very active Executive Affiliates.

Bronze Team Leaders in my opinion are Team Leaders in training. They are active Excutive Affiliates

Find others that are committed as you are to make EA, maintain EA every month and look for others to do the same. This is the only way you can become platinum.

Duplication is all about doing what you want others to do.

Becoming a Bronze Team Leader is more about being a fully participating EA, doing as much as possible, not the bare minimum to make EA. Max out on purchases, place at least 500 bids, Play Pick-the-Price or other Eager Zebra Games at least 200 times, Post 50 items

Not knowing the particulars concerning your situation makes it difficult to advise you. Basically one might suggest that you not do what you did the previous year. This would not be fair or accurate. You may have tons of inactive affiliates or perhaps none at all. You may also have invested thousands of dollars or just enough to make your grade. You and your up line may be the only ones to know, if they are active and engaged.

This past April was your anniversary. It is time to reevaluate

To become a team leader:

Become a functioning Executive Affiliate

Becoming a Bronze Team Leader is like being a leader in training.

As pointed out in the Rules of Success, treat SFI as a business. Complete your Getting Started, Intermediate and most of your Advanced Actions within your first two months. Finish your Launch Pad Lessons within your first 30 days. Take these lessons seriously and follow the Rules of success. Lead by example.

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

I send a PSA team mail through the PSA mailer each week. SFI regulations allow us to send our PSAs information and suggestions we may not be allowed to send our CSAs and the PSAs that are not in our front line.

Sending a message through the mailer ensures they recieve the message both at there registered email with SFI and at there Affiliate Center. All the messages will still be in thier affiliate mail box for review until they delete it, even if they decide not to get started months

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

I believe you should encourage affiliates that want to become team leaders. Some might believe that the emphasis is having a team but I put the emphasis on Leader. If an affiliate wants to be in front, showing how to lead I support that one hundred percent. I have been a Bronze Team leader since the second month in SFI.

I see a leader as someone out in front, not the bourse carriage driver snapping the whip on a team of horses taking me to my destination. When an affiliate chooses to

Losing sight of your objective is dangerous. When we are focused on controlling the activities of others we stop building duplication. Day 16 of our a Launch a Pad Lesson points out that we need to focus on building our team by constantly recruiting and allowing those willing to do the work funnel out of our filtering process. Let those with less commitment find their own way. Work with the workers: rule number 4 of the Rules of Success.

We do not need many workers to duplicate our efforts

Keep in mind your target market. College students studying business, marketing and sales might be very interested in an opportunity to show how smart they are. We are competitive and SFI is set up perfectly for students looking for a challenge. It is less about money and more about practical application of marketing theory, it was one of our teachers in school that told us about TripleClicks.

Because an investment is not required SFI makes the perfect class project where teams of students

SFI has spoken on how long we should expect to work on building our business before seeing a significant return. 2 to 5 years. It is not realistic to expect a quicker return or a short cut to success. Reading the Launch pad lessons, following the rules of success and completing all the activities given in the to-do list is the way to go.

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Setting up on auto pilot :

1. Making EA - complete everything. Makes sure you have read as much as you can possibly read; complete everything you can possibly do in your VP Ledger.

2. Maintaining EA: set up your Standing Order. I like TCredits but in this case you should set it up with the IAHBE, it's the the most cost effective way to make EA every month.

3. Recruit others that are willing to do the same. Here is the most important ant step. During the course of
