Remember, well written blog is the place where you get your best and highest quality PSAs. Therefore, the blog must be original and creative. It's now a small problem, because there are so many blogs, so many websites with similar content, it's advisable to try to be special and different from others.
The starting point for a blog can be, for example your hobby, or a story of your life in which you fit in the story about SFI. Let your guiding be your experience. Write a warm, optimistic, from the heart and people will feel it.

Firstly, I always emphasize that the idea SFI great thing and plan profits it makes sense and is realistic. Now, this is a long-term business, not a job from day to day. Here, success doesn't come overnight but need honest perseverance, motivation and willpower. Workers are rewarded, idlers give up.
That is the great truth that should be done only for workers and all the attention paid to them, because they are the foundation of our team. SFI can change our lives for the better, but we have to change ourselves, our way of reasoning, thinking, action.
In addition to all this, I always tell people that I don't hate Sunday because Monday or don't looking forward to Friday because the weekend - for me every day is just another opportunity for success and profit.

What long-term goal(s) should an affiliate be setting for themselves?

As I wrote earlier, people are different and don't want the same things. As a long-term goal of each affiliate can set what it wants most, what he misses the most, what he needs most to be a happier man, to live a fuller life.
For example, if you have a family and children then you aim may be to give your children the best education possible, not to miss any more playful moment, any school play, any future birthday.
If you want a new and expensive car, let that be your goal. Or if you want to never think about money and that you always have enough - there you have another goal.

I don't see why it would not be a good idea to reward the team for their activity. With PSAs, TCredits, gift certificates, e-books, etc. Of course, these awards are small, more symbolic than they can be classified as "bribe", so there is nothing to come back and bite us. :D
Active PSAs can only be a more active, inactive will not run. It is a matter of human motivation, internal and external. If people don't have the internal motivation, it will hardly anything from the outside to run the action.

A leader is not born. The leader can become over time. You must have developed some specific skills, but they also develop over time.
I think the most important thing to have a VISION, to see the BIGGER picture, to have FAITH in ourselves and our actions. Then radiates irresistible positive energy, uniqueness and splendor attracts people like a magnet.
It is necessary to know how to mobilize people to action and this is achieved by the motivation, knowledge of human psychology, how people react, knowledge of human behavior and the important role which have motives. Motives are what moves us all to do this or that. There are many books written on the topic of motivation, influence on others and leadership, but it is enough to read only one that we become much more clear.
However, with a little organization, a lot of desire for a one person nothing is unattainable. In the end, we are all small leaders in our PRIVATE lives, because there are always people who depend on us: our children, spouses, friends, business associates, etc. We are SPECIAL as we are and in most cases we aren't even aware of the impact we have on the people in our environment.
Being a leader is a GREAT feeling.

Firstly, no one can forbid this or that, but we our way, our approach to work and our faith in the SFI method earnings to show everyone that it is realistic and achievable success. If we wants to get results we must commit ourselves. If we believe in it, then others will start to believe guided our example. Our success will give them reasons. I think that to be a team leader is a very responsible position. Status leaders can reach easily in the first or second month, but it is difficult to sustain without money if you do not have a good, high-quality, active, strong and capable team. I don't see the point of this kind of leadership, except to satisfy our vanity that beside our names written BTL, STL, GTL or PTL.
So, be a team leader without a team is only status without coverage. For this reason, for every leader should be the first place his team and happy individuals in the team. With personal example we can give the team reasons, the will and desire to succeed. And the first thing we can and must do for ourselves and for the team is to show we were serious, that we believe in ourselves, that we have the necessary strength and wisdom of one leader and that we have a vision.
