Not just for you alone but for your team members also.
Therefore you must meet up with your monthly vp requirements.
You should also be there for your down lines now - PSAs and CSAs.
Study more so you can give them more professional answers that will enable them build up and be like you. Remember that when they do, it accrues to you in cash.
Keep your Leadership page up to date for yor downlines.

To become successful in SFI you need to be :
Positive : you can make it because others have made it.
Be Proud of and love the business and share the opportunity with your family, friends and associates .
Determined. When one person says no to you, just tell yourself that there are much more out there who are waiting to say yes.
Be patient too. This is not a HYIP.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

Every new affiliate that joins Tripleclicks or SFI should not think that the business is a get-rich-quick scheme. This will enable him to patiently build up his business .
Also this will reduce the craze for quick accumulation of VersaPoints. The new affiliate will then take time to study the business by reading the Launchpads and other training manuals and improving his knowledge base.

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

To start with, not being good at talking to people is not a wonderful characteristic of a marketer.
First build yourself up with the training manuals in SFI and your mouth will be strong enough to talk.
Meanwhile you can ask your upline/sponsor to help you talk to the person.
You can also encourage the person to visit the site through your link to read up for him/herself.
