Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

You can send out group mailings to your new PSAs if they are several to join or to be reassigned to you and you don't have much time.
But it's recommended to send individual welcome letters in order to be more closed to your affiliates. The mail can be the same but you take care of changing the name of the recipient.
Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

W3 and S-Builder Co-op are two very different ways to do the same thing that is advertisement.
In W3 you are asked to make many ads by yourself by several means that you can find at this link: http://www.tripleclicks.com/Wave3/makewaves.php.
In the S-Builder Co-op you are asked to participate only financially in a world wild advertising co-op.
I think it is good to participate in the both without preference.

Personally, i spend on average 3 hours a day doing my SFI business.
1. 1 hour to review informations of the affiliate center
2. 1 hour to check out the activities of my movers and help them eventually and also participate in the forum
3. 1 hour to play EZ games and bid to auctions

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?
I think it is more constructive to focus on helping your downline.
You can transmit to them the same message contained in your criticism indirectly while providing them your help. Do not be harsh with your affiliates. Always be soft and helpful but franc with them.

First of all, i review the informations of the Affiliate Center in order to be aware of the latest important news and posts provided by this website.
Secondly i focus on sponsoring and duplication by checking out the activities of my movers and helping them achieve their goals.
Finally, i do some advertisements by all the means i know.

To become successful with SFI you must
1. be persistent
2. never give up
3. like reading and learning a lot
4. be available a few hours a day
5. share informations and knowledge
6. always take time to promote the products of TripleCliks

The best products for a 1500 VP Standing Order that are also useful for your SFI business depend on your needs, the actual situation of your business, what activities you like to do on SFI and TripleClicks etc.
You can identify some products that are very useful for your daily life and set a SO with them if the sum of their VPs is equal to 1500 or above.
You can, however, need less that 1500 VPs to reach the EA status if you have several EA2 affiliates in your downline who maintain their EA status each month. In this case, you earn 100 VPs each month from each of them and you are not obliged to set a SO of 1500 VP.
For my part, I like bidding to auctions and playing to EZ games, so I have set up a SO of 125 Tcredits.
Many people will tell you what they do or what they think you should do, but at the end of the day, you will have to identify what is best for you.

Absolutly YES. There are many testimonials about people who started working after several months.
But what you have to do is to maintain individual contact with only the movers and send only weekly mails to the others.
Keep contacting them and you will be very surprised to see that on day some of them wake up and start doing their business with SFI

I am just trying to build a successfull business on SFI but i know that the greatest challenge to succeed in SFI is to be an awesome sponsor so that i can be always usefull to my downline.
To succeed in SFI, the most important things to do is to read, learn and duplicate so that your downline can in their turn read, learn and duplicate. Keep always in mind that your success is tied to the success of your downline. You must teach your downline to do like you do.
