To be a good team leader, you have to learn. My opinion is that a person who works for the SFI must be upirna , creative and hardworking .
Persistent , because success does not come so quickly . You have a lot to read and learn about this business . Even if you something is not going as you had imagined , you need to be persistent in executing the plan that you have set yourself . If you are not skilled in computer and Internet access, and you blog and hard falls and you have no idea how it works , persistence learn.
Creative, because you should have a good idea of a good ad . To find the right words for your ad and the right image. To find your way how to sell products from the Triple Clicks . And how and where you advertise them .
Valuable because no hoes no bread , as they say in my country . If you are not consistent and neodradjujete their daily tasks , not just too- doo list . It is the easiest and quick to complete. But does not work on your education on Internet marketing, do not give ads - which can take hours , if the individual posting them on the Internet . In this business, every day is a challenge.
The challenge is to start doing something that until now you've never worked.
Me in the beginning was a challenge to learn what a blog is, what a banner, how to make a picture for your ad and make it look the way I want.
I solved the problem with a You Tube video and the Internet, as well as video footage of my colleagues from the SFI.
Someone is funny and easy but it was difficult. Someone is over in 10 minutes. and it took me all day. But I do not, I learned, and I'm still learning as I did not even satisfied with their knowledge
I put a lot of effort because this really was totally unknown.

You've got to say at the outset that this is not a job where they will get rich quick. No that will not soon be rich, but you will not earn anything quickly.
This is not a job like any other. This builds business. And it goes so fast. At least not in SFI Company.
They have to put their effort and work, in order to have success.
Maybe if you want to invest money, but to them is not worth if you do not work. What are they worth to buy packs with CSA and PSA, if you do not invest the work with them.
Wrong and shame for SFI, is that some members of their ads just to say. So it turns out I'm not. And that is very bad for our business. We must be honest with the people who are asking about making money. Otherwise it will be all the faults of those who will want to do this job in SFI.
