If you are new in SFI, give your maximum time possible to read and understand all the materials available in SFI. It is very important that you understand SFI very well so that you can give good support to your PSA.

After you understand SFI properly, concentrate on appointing more PSA. When you PSA is new in SFI, they would need your support. Help your PSA understand SFI by referring them to START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. Also tell your PSA that you are here to assist them and answer any questions they might have as a new member.

Once you receive their question, try to answer it yourself. If you don't know the answer at that time, search SFI materials for the answer. Still if you don't find any answer, pass the question to your sponsor and with the help of your sponsor, you give answer to your PSA. If your sponsor is not available or not able to answer the query, you can contact your co-sponsor to find a solution. If all fails, you can post the question to SFI FORUM where many helpful affiliates will be glad to answer your question and give you solution.

Always be in touch with your PSA and motivate them to continue and progress to higher level for better earning.

To support and motivate your team members, do the following.
1. Keep in touch with them regularly.
2. Advise them to login daily and at least complete their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
3. For new team members, as soon as they join, guide them properly to become Fast Track Member because this is a one time opportunity.
4. After they become Fast Track Member, set their Goals and guide them to achieve EA status in their first month. Set their goals in such a way that they achieve EA status on last day of the month and finish the month with just above 1500 VPs and save the remaining Getting Started Action's VPs for the next month.
5. In the new month, support and motivate them to log in daily and do the daily, weekly and monthly actions. Above that, let them finish remaining Getting started actions.
6. By the end of the month, suggest them to buy any product of their choice from TripleClicks to earn some VPs. Also suggest them single TCredits (item=47534) which will also give 102 VP with each TCredit purchased. Help them buy it to complete month with 1500+ VPs to earn EA2 status.
7. Tell them the importance of 1500 VP standing order. If they are short of budget, let them buy single TCredits to complete 1500 VP each month to maintain EA2 status.
8. Explain them importance of team building and let them build a team of their PSAs.
9. Send TCredits and Gifts to your active team members to motivate them.

The most effective strategy in my opinion is to reassign affiliates to only those members in your down line who are active for some time and you see potential in them to progress. It is very important to be active, because once you reassign to them, they will become new sponsor and it will be their responsibility to give full support and training to their newly assigned affiliates.

It is useless to reassign to an affiliate who is not active, and can not support or train newly assigned affiliates.

Here are some tips.

1. Submit your answer as soon as possible after the question is posted. If you submit your answer early, it is likely that more affiliates will see your answer for rating, as there will be only few answers of that question in the beginning. More affiliates rating your answer means more voting for you.

2. Write straight to the point, as brief as possible. Affiliates don't have time and don't want to read lengthy answers. If you submit very long answer, affiliates may vote in your opposition in hurry. So, keep your answer as short as possible. But your answer must have at least 300 characters, otherwise your answer can not be submitted.

3. Read question carefully and understand it properly. Many times it happens that affiliates answers in hurry without properly understanding the question. In hurry, you may answer about something else which is not asked, and you may lose your vote.

4. Write your answer in English language only.

5. Never give your answer in ALL CAPITALS.

6. Break up your answer's text in paragraph, to improve readability.

7. Your answer must be related to question and it can not contain any type of advertising or cross-solicitation.

8. If possible, give examples to understand your answer properly.

9. If you are facing connectivity issues, it is always better to write your answer offline first in Notepad or any other text editor, then copy & paste your answer in ASC SC answer box when your are online again.

10. Never copy from other affiliates' answers. You must write in your own words to make it original.

11. You can not write any personally identifiable information in your answer, which can identify you. It means you can not write your name, contact number, website address or any other identification in your answer.

12. Always check your answer for spelling, grammar and factual errors, before submitting.

13. Always write SFI related words with proper capitalization, like TripleClicks,

First of all, I will say that nobody is a born leader. Leadership does not come automatically. You have to fight against odds to become a leader. Those who are quitter by nature and surrenders in odd situation can never become a leader. Don't afraid of defeats. You must learn how to fight and turn a losing game into a winning game. Make yourself strong enough and develop leadership quality within you. Make yourself strong enough and be ready to face any challenge in SFI, spare time to read training materials available in SFI, learn and spread your knowledge to your PSAs, refer at least 5 new PSAs every month, train them and advise them to duplicate same thing.
