How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

In my opinion, the sponsor can only guide you and teach you how to duplicate and also how to make a good businessman.
The sponsor can not help you to approach people to join the team under you, that is our duty as normally sponsors will not be very near to you to help on this regard. But if he/she is available and you are not very much familiar with this business then, he has to support you.
If an affiliate is not interested to do the business in normal way, as he/she is not convinced properly, then the sponsor is responsible for the same.
But if an the sponsor is not responding properly and affiliate is not happy with the sponsor then he/she can approach our support team to change the sponsor.
Depending on the sponsors is not a good idea to improve your business.
We have to hard work, study the business well and also duplicate it to the affiliates under you properly, that way the business can improve.

How can I enroll 100+ PSAs a day with a modest budget?

In my opinion, enrolling 100+ PSAs in a day with your money is not a good idea. Buying PSAs from the market are not very useful and also hundreds of inactive PSAs will not gain you.
If you have money, you can enroll 5+ PSAs in a month from your area through online or offline advertisements which will not cost you much and give them good training for duplication.
If possible you can spent some money for enrolling people for your down lines through your PSAs offering some awards or Tcredits. I am sure they will work for you as well as for the team.

What is the best strategy to win the E365 Championship for my class?

I do not think any strategy required for wining E365 Championship, but required an initiative.
E365 award is giving to one SFI affiliate, who will be the leader on 365th day of his presence in SFI.
For that do the following routine works :-
1. Be above the green line, for that earn all to do list points(daily, weekly & monthly) and do not miss it.
2. Setting up an SO of 1500 VP every month upto 11 month at least.
3. Check your leader board daily.
4. For daily draws, you have to earn at least 10 points for the day.
I think it is enough for the championship.

You can give Tcredits to your affiliates to encourage them to get involved in the business, which will benefited to you. You can use these strategies :-
1. Announce a contest in your leadership page to inform your affiliates that you are going to offer them tcredits for their best performance in a particular month.
2. You can transfer 10 Tcredits as reward to your affiliate at a time.
3. You can offer a share of S-builder Co-op to your affiliate and transfer the Tcredit when you get a copy of the order placed by the affiliate.
4. You can send gift certificate to your affiliate to recognize their achievements using the Tcredits.
5. You can offer Gift Cards to your affiliates with Tcredits for betterment of the team.

What is the best way to become a Team Leader?

I am BTL since last two months and realize that keeping Team leader status you have to do the following :-
1. Earn maximum points everyday.
2. Attend pricebenders and earn 500 points in a month.
3. Keep an SO for at least 1500 points. Better to keep 125 TC as SO, which can be utlized for pricebenders and get more MRP and redeem the same for Tcredits and secure more points.
4. Attend Zebra contest every day to get points.
5. Try to download music to get points.
I think it is enough for getting Team leaders every month.

There are a lot options are available in our business.
1. Approach our uplines or team leaders, who are well versed about all queries.
2. 7 x 24 support desk is available to clear the doubts all the time.
3. He/she can go to SFI forum to get the problem solved.
4. Questions you can upload in the SFI Community to solve the issue.

In my opinion :-
I realized that you have to send out E-cards for welcoming new affiliates in your fold. It is fantastic to a card with graphic picture on it, the person new to this business will impressed on it. If you need, you can also give some good advice on it.
