Until then you must devise a concrete plan to ensure you are following the proper measures yourself before you can answer this question.

1) Ask your PSA what do you mean by putting out more than receiving?

ie; Is your PSA making a point of financially they are putting out more and not getting back what they expected? If this is the case you should

find out what they are spending their funds on: Is their (SO) on just TCredits, and in return they receive 1500VP to ensure EA status monthly?

2) If the above is correct, you may want to offer different ways for your PSA to ensure EA status via the (SO) while gaining Affiliate's at the same

time. For example, PSAs ToGo are a Great Standing Order, or the S-Builder Co-Op is another great way to build your TEAM, while gaining

VP to maintain EA Status!

3) now, those were quick and easy solutions to this problem! What many Team Leaders may Not understand is Affiliates want to hear from their

Leaders or Sponsors! I know for a fact if my Sponsor did not respond to my emails I would have dropped off quickly. So, Answer your

Affiliates! Even if you did not have the same training or experience, try to be better, because after all we all need EACH OTHER to be a

SUCCESS!!!

4). Refer your AFFILIATE to the SFI BASICS, this offers the Basic Outline of SFI. Next, have them re-group and read Gery's Rules of Success!

This tool is very useful in improving ones knowledge in becoming successful in Marketing TripleClicks...After-all, it is OUR store too, so treat it

This is a great question for incoming Affiliates. When you begin with SFI the first order of business should be to first and foremost:

1) Understand what type of Marketing Program you have just joined.

2) You are required to read 30 Launchpad Lessons in 30 Days. I certainly do Not suggest to any New Affiliate to simply breeze through these Lessons for they are the Baseline for the rest of your Career here at SFI.

3) Once, you have gotten the hang of the Basics Then, set Your Goals up for Your TEAM!

4) The Golden Rule, find your 5 Diamonds in the Rough, Master your Team, while gaining experience, teaching your Affiliatessay the ropes, Become a Team Leader, which earns you at least 35-50+CSAs a Month as long as you maintain your EA/TL Status

5) One imperative point you must remember is, as your building your going to continue to grow your PEAS and CSAs.
Some will be Active and Some will Not. Work your Workers. These may be a mix of PSAs and CSAs.

Eventually, you will find your own way that works, but never bite off more than you can chew.

My biggest challenge to success here at SFI in the beginning was grasping the concept of gathering the
***To-Do-List Actions and acquiring those points on a daily basis
I did not understand I needed to log on every day- then scroll down and click on the Blue rectangular bar at the bottom
****my second challenge and still is my challenge believe it or not is the Music Voting!! I get to the page but never actually Get To Vote! So I lose (50AVP) monthly!!
****Next, was Locating the Pricebenders Auctions- it took me a Month to find the Auction- and another Month to figure out I had to actually purchase TCredits!!
*****It is definitely overwhelming...the FORUM was another area that took me over a month to locate!!

One thing I can tell each of you, YOU are NOT ALONE!!! That's why you Each Have a Sponsor, and an Up-Line!!! Your Up-Line is built of Other peoples Sponsor's, some may be just one level above you, so you should always ask questions!! One of the first e-mails I send out to my PSAs is about the things I struggled with so that my Downline doesn't struggle! This is where Duplication comes in! In NETWORK MARKETING you can not withhold information from each other, rather you need to share your knowledge with one another, it's how we all succeed!!

Set Goals, Meet those Goals, set New Goals, and conquer them!!!

****I'm a little shy when it comes to talking to people, how can I improve speaking to prospective Affiliates about TripleClicks and SFI?

This is an interesting question, not because it is difficult to answer per say, but since with most careers staff are required at least 90% of the time some sort of conversation to be had with customers, whether one works in a deli, or ice cream shop, clerk or insurance rep., either way ALL jobs require conversing.

Which leads us to SFI (Strong Future International) and TripleClicks, one of the largest e-commerce Network Marketing companies on a Global level! Now, Network Marketing is different than the thousands of other careers you could choose in terms of One on One Interaction.

Hence, in your first few months you will have minimal face to face conversations, most will be made via the PSA/CSA Mailer System, your personal e-mail, our SFI Work e-mail, Skype (if you have), Social Media sites (Twitter, FB, Google+, Pinterest, WordPress, or a Blog of Choice), and lastly SFI's instant message system or AOL.

As you can visualize there are various forms of communicating with Prospective Affiliates. After your official training is complete, which is your SFI Basics, START, And, LaunchPad Lessons (30 Lessons in "30" Days) you will be familiar with SFI, certainly Not an Expert Yet!! There is always something new to learn, so your Goal is to DUPLICATE What You Are Learning!!

SFI is beneficial to 18yr olds in certain scenarios;
1) if the individual has grown up in the industry, for example, I grew up in a business I basically spent every waking hour at my dad's deli growing up, so by the time I was 18 I was mature and new the ins and outs of the business.
2) if you take an average 18 yr old who never worked their way through school, or had to grow up paying for anything, it would be difficult for he or she to learn this industry by way of self teaching.
3) let's face it folks, the information is given to us, but without our prior life experience and business sense none of us would survive either! You need to be determined, driven, want better for yourself; an 18 year old is not always that mature!
4) again, if the 18yr old has a different up brining and is mature and understands self discipline I say Hoorah!! Go SFI ALL THE WAY!!!
5) if we can train a dog to do tricks who says we can't mold an 18yr old to DUPLICATE!!!
