What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

This is a great question! You will find this true in most cases until you come across your "diamonds in the rough!" Your top "5" or "4" BEST EAs...

Until then you must devise a concrete plan to ensure you are following the proper measures yourself before you can answer this question.

1) Ask your PSA what do you mean by putting out more than receiving?

This is a great question! Although, here at SFI there is not exactly ONE SINGLE important thing To Do as a Team Leader!!! Here is why!

4) Basics of SFI I start from the top and work my way back!

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

This is a great question for incoming Affiliates. When you begin with SFI the first order of business should be to first and foremost:

1) Understand what type of Marketing Program you have just joined.

2) You are required to read 30 Launchpad Lessons in 30 Days. I certainly do Not suggest to any New Affiliate to simply breeze through these Lessons for they are the Baseline for the rest of your Career here at SFI.

My biggest challenge to success here at SFI in the beginning was grasping the concept of gathering the
***To-Do-List Actions and acquiring those points on a daily basis
I did not understand I needed to log on every day- then scroll down and click on the Blue rectangular bar at the bottom
****my second challenge and still is my challenge believe it or not is the Music Voting!! I get to the page but never actually Get To Vote! So I lose (50AVP) monthly!!

This is an interesting question, not because it is difficult to answer per say, but since with most careers staff are required at least 90% of the time some sort of conversation to be had with customers, whether one works in a deli, or ice cream shop, clerk or insurance rep., either way ALL jobs require conversing.

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?

SFI is beneficial to 18yr olds in certain scenarios;
1) if the individual has grown up in the industry, for example, I grew up in a business I basically spent every waking hour at my dad's deli growing up, so by the time I was 18 I was mature and new the ins and outs of the business.
2) if you take an average 18 yr old who never worked their way through school, or had to grow up paying for anything, it would be difficult for he or she to learn this industry by way of self teaching.
