NOW I Know, what new affiliates should not do the first month:

1. They should only garner the VPs necessary to get on the Fast Track and be come an EA. I went through all of the LAUNCHPAD, but I did read everything. I made STL in just two or three weeks! I should have spread out the gaining of these VPs Take your time! Now I am going to lose a lot of VPs when they start expiring.

2. They should not be afraid to ask questions of their up line! I happen to have a tremendous sponsor. This guy was and is very patient with me and answered all of my questions, He gave me direction and gave me tips that I will always use. I have tried to follow his example with my own team.

3. Affiliates should not, in the first month, spend a lot of money in TripleClicks until they they have a good solid, basic understanding of the relationship between SFI and TripleClicks!

These are the three things that I made the mistake of doing! I hope this is beneficial to all of you new AFFILIATES!

Well when I started with SFI, I worked too fast.

I completed all of my LAUNCHPAD in just a few days.

I spent a lot of money on Tcredits.

I bid on auctions without really knowing what I was doing.

I did not set up a Standing Order right away, instead I used my money for auctions.

As a result of all of these actions, I became a Silver Team Leader in less than a month.

Needless to say I have not been Silver Team Leader since.

I also have a lot of Versa Points that will start to expire which will really throw me out of the front running in my 365 Class.

So if I had the start is SFI to do over again I would:

1. Set up a Standing Order instead of just purchasing Tcredits.

2. I would do the LAUNCHPAD in a timely manner.

3. I would, (as I do now) be more careful about bidding on auctions.

4. I would use my Tcredits more wisely.

These are just the main actions I wish I had not done.

One of my greatest challenges to make a success in SFI is recruiting new affiliates. This is still my greatest challenge.

I do advertize, and I get hits but no signups.

My next greatest challenge is trying to win auctions. I have won 1 but at a lot of expense. My sponsor gave me some tips about auctions.

I am trying to overcome the lack of signups by purchasing PSAs.

As far as the auctions go I am being more selective about how I bid. I now look at who is bidding and if they have won an auction involving TCredits that day. If they have then I know that mostly they can not be run out of TCs.

These are my 2 biggest challenges.
