You want most effective ads and quality affiliates !
But you ask how!
Have you ever thought about what effectiveness means ?
It is difference between the current state and the planned state.
Have you thought about what quality means?
Quality is a measure of customer satisfaction.
You need to make a plan to get quality affiliates !!!
Try to do through PLAN -DO-CHECK -ACT cycles ! It is very usefull for every business and especially here where it takes planning and eventual correction of plan and goals.
( PDCA cycles is the method of Quality Management, known from Francis Bacon and developed by Edward Deming).
Here ,it is for simple steps for quality measurement:

PLAN
Establish the objectives necessary to deliver results in accordance with the expected the goals. When possible start on a small scale to test possible effects.
(Make plan for your ads , media , newspaper, flayers ..)
DO
Implement the plan. Post your ads and collect data for charting and analysis in the following "CHECK" and "ACT" steps.
CHECK (STUDY)
Study the actual results ( collected in "DO" above) and compare against the expected results ( goals from the "PLAN") to ascertain any differences. Look for
deviation in implementation from the plan. Then convert the collected data into information. Information is what you need for the next step "ACT".
ACT
Analyze the differences to determine their root causes.Determine where to apply changes that will include improvement of the effective ads. What does this mean?
If you got quality affiliates make preventive actions ! Post more ads that brought that quality affiliates , give them gifts , congrats them, you have to keep them . Be better today then yesterday.
If your affiliates is not quality affiliates you need to make corrective actions. Change plans, change goals, change ads,viewpoint , places for posting ads... change everything where the goals are not achieved
Always first look for that what you have done well and try to do better !
After that modify what is not good. Make changes of your ads (text, place, media...)

Students are an excellent target group because they are always in in large environments, from different areas, have a lot of friends ,close to social networks, they are social and communicative, like new things , always need money for something ...etc.



Students can be good workers and excellent marketers.

They have great potential for expanding SFI business.



Imagine, how is to be a student, what would be attractive to you as a student ?

- additional earnings;

- new knowledge;

- creativity;

- independence;

- team work;

- leadership;

- new friends;

-new challenge;

-new games;

- possibility of selling;

- opportunity to purchase;



Talk with students and make an analysis of their needs and desires.

Take a time and go to the library, sport events, music events , clubs ...you will find company to talk and also leave cards and flayers.



Based on this you can create advertisements intended students!





Besed on my experiences with students the best methods to attract them is:



-social media;

-student on-line forums;

-talking face to face;

-flayers ;

-gift cards;

-send e-book from Triple Clicks or other small gift ;

Both are good for promotion ...family and stranger !
It appears to us that the family is better but does not necessarily mean that!
They are close with us , maybe they will understand us, maybe not!
I always talk with them about my business !
Someone has a positive attitude but someone not. I don't care about it, next time I start with my story again. I used to tell them "I have not time I am doing my job"....they will come one they to see what is this. I have flayers in my home on the places where they can see flayers ! Just keep going!

About strangers... on the first sight it seems hard but it is not if they want to communicate.
Language is not a barrier.
It always finds a way.
So, go on ! Talk with your family and advertise and find strangers!
There are a lot of good and positive people all around the world!

It is difficult to answer this question because it requires a deep analysis.



On one side you have a highly ranked countries and it is perhaps easier to advertise SFI in that countries .


On the other hand you have a country where is SFI totally unknown... no members from these countries.

It's good to start the first in a country and develop business.



Do not forget the countries that are in the middle.



Everywhere there are opportunities.



I personally do not make a difference and do not think about it.



For me there are just people, Human beings...
