When we are sending Gift cards, you need to keep record of redemption code, email address, name, date when you sent them your relationship with them etc. There is a gift card manager our affiliate center. We should enter the details over there .

We will come to know if gift cards are used by looking at GC manager. If someone redeems the TC gift card the entry will appear in our TC Gift card manager and we will also intimated separately that we have a new PRM.

If you find some TC gift cards are not used, we should find occasion to inform the person we sent a TC gift card. For example there is a closeout deal that is very attractive you can inform about it to the recipient of the TC gift card , and suggest them to use TC gift card to buy this item. There will be so many other occasions where you can recommend them ,depending on their interest to buy specific things. In fact you should contact them once and find out what products they like to buy online , Keep record about it in GC manager under notes and then when such products you see on TC inform them about availability and recommend them to redeem.

I assume you want to rate yourself about your performance or achievement in SFI. Everyone can rate oneself or measure own success in SFI.

First and foremost, are you FEELING you are successful? If you are FEELING successful you do not need to measure your success.

However for the sake of measuring there can be different aspects/ parameters you can measure or consider your performance.

.Your Power Rank(Class)- Does your class rank show you are in Top 10? Did you set your goal one year before to be in top 10 in class? ( Someone can have goal of being Topmost in his/ her class)
Your Country rank( Country) - What goal did you set for your self and did you set the time limit for it? How much did you achieve it?
Your Overall Power Rank: What is your position overall? Are you going on improving this rank?

The answers for above will give you just an overall idea on how are you performing in SFI, are you going up the ladder or going down.

You must have been setting Goals every month for sponsoring x number of PSAs , PRMs, PRM Sales etc . Have you been successfully exceeding the target? Have you ever become Top Enroller?

Have you won some Auctions for the products you wanted to own , at very attractive price?

What about your Income from different streams from SFI? Is your Inflow more than Outflow?

Have you been able to do something like being an ECA and selling something that was not possible before joining SFI?

What was your Primary reason for joining SFI?

Owning e business and earning specific amount by specific date? You can rate yourself
Improving your lifestyle: You can rate yourself
Expanding your network: You can rate yourself.
Being a leader : You can rate yourself

Transfer buying is nothing but buying anything that we buy from regular sellers such as shops, super markets, grocery stores, malls etc. The items can be any thing such as cosmetics, jewellery, electronic gadgets, clothes, fashion items, shoes etc.

If such items are available on our own Tripleclicks stores, if we buy it from Tripleclicks stores instead of shopping from other sellers, is called transfer buying.

Here the intention is to become EA every month . For becoming EA we need to earn 1500 VPs every month. When we do " transfer buying" we will earn Versa points from the items we bought. Plus we will get the delivery at our door step. We save on the time we take to reach the sellers premises.

It is not necessary that we will get the price in TC higher than what we will pay outside TC for it.

I give you example. I had a necessity of developing a logo for my own company. I got it done from outside Tripleclicks ( Just as everyone does). There are different approaches. The success of"What" You Promote can depend on different criterion/ approaches such as Where you Promote, When you Promote, How you promote,Whom you promote etc.

You can select products by Product department ( What to Promote is to be selected here )

What to Promote: First choice can be the deal of the day. Promote it at the place where people visit ONLINE daily. If You have a blog you can promote it there.If you have your own website you can keep a special section for deal of the day. It can be promoted on Social networks such as face book or micro blogging sites such as Twitter.

You can also choose from the different Departments listed on the left hand side column.

Another approach will be to select product based on Direct commission you will get. Just search through Product Tab in TripleClicks and find out Which product gives you highest direct commission. Thus you select product based on commission volume


Or you can select product based Price . If you promote a very high price product at a blog visited by students your promotion is likely to fail but if you promote it at place where women look for fashion or jewelry chances of successful promotion will increase.

If you select a product suitable for students and you promote it at place where students visit online daily. May be at some game portal ( Try to put banner over there for the product)

You can choose to promote Tripleclicks Direct Products or ECA products. SFI has provided special gateways for Tripleclicks Direct products, they include nutrition products , cleaners, silver 76 pack , magazine subscriptions etc. You can even promote T credits. The best thing a leader can do is to develop a personal rapport with each of the active member( Relationship). A leader should use all the communication tools possible to reach the active members regularly such as Team mail, personal mail, Phone, Social networking etc.

The next responsibility is to contribute in the success of the team member.

So if from the time we have a team, if we follow these responsibilities, we shall come to know the reason why the members are not active . In fact we shall come to know who is going to be active and who is going inactive.

Are we Supporting the MOVERS from our TEAM ? What sort of Personal rapport we have with them? Have we tried to develop it?

And I would say that even after our best efforts active people are lost, we need not be impatient.If we are so much worried about losing active people it means we are not sponsoring enough affiliates and we have some STOPPAGES in ourselves . We have to remove these stoppages and have to move ahead. It takes a lot of courage on part of Individual to start something new . It is human tendency. And for an affiliate who is working as an employee and at the same time has joined SFI, the situation is more complex.

As a sponsor or a team leader we should compliment the affiliates who have chosen SFI as a part time business along with their present occupation as employee.

We need to give them sufficient time to understand the SFI business model and should give encouragement when they achieve some milestone. When they have some questions about the compensation plan we should explain it clearly.

Through our communication we should send the articles that highlight benefit of entrepreneurship and describe the qualities of entrepreneurs. We will be their role model and have to remind them in every communication to take ownership of their actions which is essential to achieve financial independence they desire. Sending inspiration and motivation quotes, through stream, team mails, personal mails , Skype etc can help us to communicate with them more and more. Only with positive communication and appreciation of movers in the team in team mail we can induce pride in these affiliates for being a successful business owner.We have to act as their mentor.
