The format of my welcome letter would be like:
Hello, I am your new sponsor, and I sincerely welcome you to my team. If you have any question in respect to SFI, please do not hesitate to contact me. And wish you can set your goal as soon as possible and have a good time at SFI.
I think, due to the convenience of communication, the reassigned PSAs would understand the reason for the reassignment.
Nevertheless, you can also add a few words like, "I am looking forward to communicate with you in your mother tongue so as to get you and whole team to achieve even more greater successes here at SFI"

What's the best way to get someone interested in becoming an SFI affiliate?

I think it really depends your ways to attract the potential affiliates. Plainly speaking, there are many ways. For example, if someone is very interested in playing on-line games at his/her spear time, you can introduce him/her to Eager Zebra game, where he/she can play card-games, or can bet on sports, or other quiz games. This is a way to get someone interested in becoming affiliates. While, if someone who opens a shop and wish to expand his business worldwide through means of internet, you can also introduce him/her TripleClicks and inform him/her that he/she can open his/her ECA in order to sell his/her products to other TC members worldwide. This is a simple way to attract affiliates. There are also many functions available at SFI, which have their own advantages to attract potential customers and affiliates. It all depends on your imagination to create your own unique method to attract your affiliates!

How do you keep brand new affiliates from quitting or becoming inactive almost immediately after joining?

Very good question. Life has taught us success goes to anyone that simply doesn't quit. The same goes to SFI members here. Action, only action, will help you achieve your goals. Inaction is a dream crusher.
As an upline, he/she should send an E-cards or team mail to inform his/her affiliates that "action moves you(affiliates) forward, and although it may seem obvious that doing something is better than doing nothing, and many affiliates choose the latter. And it's not because people are lazy. For many, getting out of the starting gate is a challenge."
For some, quitting comes as a result of losing interest. For others they halt in their tracks when "the temporary pain of sacrifice outweighs the potential pleasure achieved by reaching their target".
Here are a list of ways to avoid quitting on every SFI members' journey here:
1, in order to hit a target, you've got to have a target;
2, Set realistic expectations. Many affiliates quit because they have an unrealistic expectation of how quickly they want to reach their goal. Give yourself a time to reach the summit;
3, Big goals need to be made into bite size nuggets;
4, Be prepared for the roadblocks;
5, Make sure you can measure your progress;
6, Reward your affiliates along the way;
7, watch what happens along your way and your affiliates' way;
8, as an upline, he/she should make himself/herself accountable to someone.

Besides social media, there are still many channels that would help you advertise the TC products:
1, words. You can tell your friends, colleagues acquaintances or even strangers about TC products;
2, You can print TC product fliers, stickers and place them where you see fit to attract potential buyers;
3, You can also refer TC products in the chat room;
If you can think of, there are plenty ways of advertising TC products.

I think there is not the biggest mistake, but there exists minor mistakes, let me enumerate a bit:
#1, Even yourself do not sure whether your SFI advertising is working. Some affiliates, they just throw their advertising at the, say, traffic-exchange sites or somewhere else and hope it works. In many cases they have no idea how to track results and adjust their advertising efforts to be more productive.
#2, Here, in my opinion, the big mistake is to spread advertising out evenly over the entire year. A constant amount spent each month in the same places. Although it's indeed a bit easy way to budget the advertising expense, but do note that we don't want advertising to be an expense we want it to be an investment.
#3, advertising in the wrong place. If you are spending your advertising dollars in the wrong place suddenly your advertising is an expense not an investment.
#4, not staying unique. I think this is one of the common and crucial mistakes advertisers would make, which is the advertisers are not sticking with what made them successful in the first place.
#5, when promoting ECA products, concentrate on product features instead of benefits. Some ads just talk about what a product has not what it does. No one ever buys a product for the features it has.
#6, the last but I think the most crucial mistake, forgetting the folks who got you there. Many businesses spend so much time trying to attract new customers that they forget the loyal customers who made them successful.
There are few minor mistakes that might occur in the process of advertising. Wish it may help.

Yes, based on my experience, it works. You don't need only to purchase Website traffic, you can hit the ads in order to exchange the visits by other Website traffic members. If you also purchase sign-ups at other well-known PTC sites in order to get affiliates. Like easyhits4u; Trafficmonsoon,etc all are good traffic exchange websites.

I think the most powerful tool is communication. In order to work efficiently together, you should communicate with your Designated Diamonds and you must communicate effectively with your Designated Diamonds. In SFI, there are many different communication tools available, for example, e-mail, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer,etc.
And second I think is the communication skill. When beginning communications with your DDs, you should be brief, paring down your words to the essentials and let the power of your simple phrases do the heavy lifting for you. And back up your ideas with knowledge. A little research goes a long way to improving your point and winning over your audience.
The third is always be positive. Avoid negativism.

What is the fastest way to build a team of affiliates in SFI?

Hi, as far as I know, here in SFI has some "power tools", say, "PSAs To Go", "S-Builder Co-op",etc, which are designed to help each affiliate to build his/her team quick and fast. You can buy them.
Besides, you can use traditional way of promoting your SFI links at socila media or pay-to-click or pay-to-sign-up, etc, to get your affiliates.
Or you could inform SFI and TC to your friends or family members as well.
