Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

All three things are important and good I cannot decide which one is best because you have your own way of thinking and maybe you don't want to involve let's say in coop, then you don't need S-Builder (just an example). But basically you can never be wrong if you have SO on TCredits because you can buy or win on auction both (IAHBE and S-Builder) and more TCredits so if you look it like this than you can choose TCredits as your SO.
If you had an extra $100, what would be the best way, specifically, to use it to maximize and help grow your SFI business?

I can think of two things:
-Contest
-TC Gift Cards
You can create contest (most VP,most PSA, most sales, most ECA in one month) and reward people with TC Gift Cards or TCredits and etc.
Or you can reward your most active members giving them TC Gift Cards that they can spend on TC store. For either of this two ways you decide won't be wrong.
I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

Sure it does. You probably living in populated area so why don't you use you offline marketing skills to get your business growing. If you have experience you have then tools for growing business. I think that offline marketing is great but try to learn online marketing as well so in combination you will get fantastic results. So to be short my answer is yes.
