I would say without mincing words that it is worthwhile to sponsor affiliates, who speak little English or have limited computer/internet experience for the following reasons,

1. SFI has already assumed a global phenomenon with affiliates spread across the globe cutting across territorial, linguistic, cultural diversity. The business model is so structured that one can carry on the business with or without a thorough grasp of the English language, as all you have to do is to go to the foot of every web page of SFI and choose you desired language or alternatively use Google translate to communicate with your affiliates.

2. When you sponsor affiliates that speak other languages other than the English Language, you can reassign them to your downline members who speak the same language with your just recruited affiliates using the SFI reassignment tool. This is a win win situation as you may earn reassignment and matching VP if they are active and attain EA2 / team Leader status.

3. Limited computer/internet experience is not a strong enough reason for fail in SFI. These are skills that can be learned even while you are on you first/second months training period in SFI. The more time you spend on your computer system the more you become proficient in it.

In closing , I want to let you know that some highly successful SFI affiliates had similar challenges when they started out but these did not deter them and so will you also be like them, just be persistent and determined

To reassign PSAs in your downline, the most effective strategy i recommend is

1. Review your Movers tab and Genealogy to identify your 5 most active affiliate.

2. Next, you reassign other active PSAs to your 5 most active PSAs you have identified from (1) the above

3. Ensure that the reassign PSAs understands and speak the same language with those to whom they have been reassigned. This is to avoid communication problems that may arise subsequently.

4. Also reassign at least one inactive PSA in addition to each of your 5 most active PSAs. This is to ensure that the inactive PSA will have another sponsor to mentor him/her. Perhaps this action may spur the PSA to return to activity with a new style and method of communication.

Why do you need to reassign?

a. Effective reassignment of PSAs will enable to be more focus.

Winning the E365 championship in your class means amassing the the highest VersaPoints among all those who enrolled with you the same day in sfi, that is to say , you are the No1 power rank in your class. You are crowned on the first year anniversary of your joining sfi.

Doing your sfi business just like other internet based business is fast, global, efficient and inexpensive compared to offline businesses, it's major drawback though, is that, it is highly impersonal.

Therefore, one of the remedies is to have a good sfi account photo in place for the following reasons:

1) A good photo of you gives your sfi business some level of personalization. This make your customers/affiliates to know and believe that they are dealing with a real human being. This has a way of imparting positively on the fortunes of your business.
