Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

You don't have to encourage or discourage your PSA to become TL right away but rather explain to them the pros and cons of being a TL.
If a PSA is fairly new to SFI, he/she probably don't have a team yet, so who is he/she going to lead then? But if he/she can have a team in the first two weeks or first month, then why not? But is he/she ready to lead the team?
I would rather encourage him/her to become an EA and to build his/her team first while at the same time mastering the inner workings of his/her own SFI business. That way, your PSA can teach the team the process of duplication.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

My answer would be BOTH.
S-Builder Co-op, for a small fee will generate you PSAs. If done regularly, you will be able to build your team and eventually generate you commissions. SFI member usually become a TripleClick member too. And this is done online.
As with W3. It will be different. This will be offline and online. You can promote your banner or link online and the Wave3 sticker will promote your business offline. And this will also generate you signups in TripleClicks member and customers that will generate you sales commissions.
I hope I made it simply clear that it is best to participate in BOTH, W3 and S-Builder.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

How much time, you ask?
For me, if it takes an hour for you to accomplish your Daily to do list, Weekly and Monthly actions including advertising/promoting your business, answering emails, sending out message to your team, then that's enough.
In my case, I spend about a couple of hours (the least)to do all that needs to be done. More time if I decided to play some Zebra Games and participate in bidding and read in the forum.
So, the least is two hours to do the basics and more for playing, reading and bidding.

POSITIVE but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism?
Should it be positive AND constructive criticism?
Anyway,if it is positive then it could also be constructive.
It is really best not to send any negative statements at all especially if you don't know them personally yet.
Maybe you can try sharing or telling a story of successful people and how they can be successful too doing what they have done. Some rags to riches story where overcoming obstacles and hindrances with sheer grit, hard work and determination is the key for success. And that is what we need to be successful in life.
It's just one of the many ways you can do to send to your team to motivate them.

Yes, it is good to try.
If you believe that their products have an international appeal and is unique and that it is more of a need than a want item, it has a good chance that it will sell, BUT, does the owner has the technical capability or is willing to learn or hire someone who knows to run the online side of the business? If yes, go for it. If not, then move on to the next prospect...

Good question,
First of all, you must fully understand the question so that you will answer it correctly.
Answers must also be clear and easy to understand.
As much as possible, make it direct to the point.
Submit your answer immediately or as soon as it was posted for answering.
Those are my own tips. Others might add more to these...
