Becoming a Team Leader is your highest goal. If you have a team you will want to become a Team Leader. Why? Because Team Leaders earn Matching Versa Points on all EA2s and CSAs in your downline. This is where the big earnings are made. For every month you qualify as Team Leader you will receive one share of Second Home CSAs around the 15th of the following month. Usually I receive some number over 50 CSAs.

You will also want to lead by example. If you want your downline to aim high you will want to set the bar ahead of them. Never expect or ask any of your downline to do what you were not willing to do yourself. Teach them to duplicate what you've done. Once a Team Leader you will also be given a Leadership Page. This is a great training tool for your team. Maintain it well and remind your team members to visit it regularly for updates.

The two most important things you will need to have in order to maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader are:

1. you must maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating from your PSAs. This only
applies if you have a minimum of 5 ratings. The best ways to assure that you get the best rating possible is to be that Awesome Sponsor. First you must set the bar followed by leading your PSAs and CSAs by example. Be accessible to answer questions. Provide full support to include training, rewards for achieving specific milestones, tips and encouragement.

2. you must have a well maintained Leadership Page. Offer your best tip. Provide valuable content and updates on a regular basis. Become familiar with each tab and fulfill to complete each one. It is vitally important that you visit your LP on the 1st, 11th and the 21st of each month to click the buttons to confirm your LP is up to date. This would be a good time to provide valuable content. Keep a log to confirm that you completed the action. I do this from my Protopage Home Pages Desktop Calendar Wiget. If you fail to maintain your LP you will forfeit your CSAs that would have been due to arrive mid month and a portion of your Commission Income.

Never believe what you've done was enough. You can keep raising the bar, setting new goals and reaching ever higher. A Genealogist can never complete an extended Family Tree. Similarly this applies to your SFI Genealogy.

If you have hundreds or thousands of inactive PSAs and CSAs you have your prospects right where you can reach out to them. Think! Do most even comprehend what they joined or that they did?

Teach them the difference between winners and looser's. Ask them, "why does SFI work for me and not you?" and "What were you thinking about when you enrolled in SFI?"

Show them the difference between those who process the entrepreneurial mindset and those that don't. Reassure your prospects that they too can develop themselves and become a true entrepreneur.

Here is what I would do:

1. Include your ECA Store link in all Team Mail and emails. I place it in my Gmail signature via setting it will always be added automatically.

2. Refer them to the "SFI Affiliates" tab when visiting a product listing for the promo links, VersaPoints, Commission info and Tips.

3. Include important information like "Free Shipping" or anything that might be of specific interest to their buying or selling of your products.

4. Reinforce that our commission income depends upon the sales of ECA products, services and their success.

5. Send a weekly team mail on the subject of Connecting with ECAs. If some have not connected with any (see their badge) then you may wish to send them a personal message informing them of how important this is. Let them know that they will be better informed about the products and services that interest them.

6. You can include many links on the subject of Transfer Buying within your weekly Team Mail. Just search "Transfer Buying atop your SFI Affiliate Center Homepage.

7. Invite them to connect with your ECA Store.

You will need to study the area where you live to see where senior citizens are gathering. In one small rural town I used to reside is a Community Center that has live musicians and dances on a monthly basis. Even though most are senior citizens it is open to all ages.

In some circles you could be considered a senior citizen at age 50 or 55. The best strategy is to befriend them. They need to see you has a reputable and trustworthy person. If you have Facebook Friends who are Senior Citizens they will see your posts and may inquire with you about your business.

Communication is key. You must engage them in conversation. Learn about each other and wait for that open window of opportunity that often comes within a conversation. Because many senior citizens want to remain active in their retirement and with many of them living alone will do volunteer work within their community. Some of them may want to supplement their income but just have not found a way. Others are already doing that by working part-time.

There are many volunteer jobs that you could do that would place you in the company of senior citizens. If you have an automobile there are transportation services in some communities where volunteer drivers can take senior citizens to, doctors appointments, get groceries, the dentist etc. It could be anyone without an automobile.

Flea Markets, Craft Shows, Garage Sales, local parks, campgrounds and community swimming pools or the beach are all great places to engage in conversion with senior citizens. Some senior citizens could also be good prospects for the ECA Program or just selling their unwanted stuff.

It is not necessary to replace it with a Standing Order product with 1500 VP. You can find products that are consumable that you like - that we all use on a daily basis. If you feel that it must be 1500 VP you can come close enough with the selection of a few consumable products.

Take a good look at Peak Nutrition and many natural household cleaning products. Products that carry higher profit margins will increase your commission income and these products also carry more VPs. Wouldn't you like to promote the products you use from your own store?

You could even have a Standing Order of 2X 125 TCredits for 3000 Sales VP. The
S-Builder and PSAs to Go are options you may consider. I would be more inclined to buy instead even more TCredits and win my PSAs in the Price Benders Penny Auctions.

This is where you need to be careful and for more reasons than just one. You don't want to be overbearing and turn someone off. Remember these people are also prospective TripleClicks Customers. Some may be in a profession that requires their undivided attention and/or be involved in other worthy pursuits besides that. You should care about what's important to them.

You should never advise such a person to just keep buying PSAs; leaving them to fend for themselves. They might maintain as a Team Leader in name only; but certainly not in the spirit of it. Once you fall below that 5 star rating with the minimum 5 PSAs rating you; you will loose your TL status. This should never be about you and what you can get. What is most important is that you are helping others succeed and making sure the duplication process works by acceptable standards. A standard that works on behalf of helping people succeed.

Sure! I would assist my downline PSAs if any come to me for help because of a dead beat Sponsor; but that's as far as it goes. These Affiliates are not on your Movers Page. You are not responsible for all the grunt work that their sponsor should be doing. Don't give unwise recommendations that will bring about bad results. You should not allow greed to cloud better judgement.

Find a better way. Ask your prospect about his/her family and about the possibility of partnering with a spouse or family member that is 18 or older and still at home. This way he/she can fill in working and learning the business as time permits. Establishing an SFI partnership within the family may turn out to be a blessing. Strengthening the family bond through the spirit of team work.

Build quality not quantity. Numbers mean nothing if nothing is getting done. Right?

Most definitely! What you would say and the method you would use to make contact might vary depending on your past relationship with this person. For example were they working closely with you in the past over a longer period of time or were they distant and active for a short period of time.

You do not need to know why they became inactive. If they want you to know they will volunteer that information to you.

The main thing is that you let them know you are available to assist them in anyway you can.

Show that you are concerned by asking them how they are doing. You might want to share some obstacles you've had to overcome and some of your recent achievements.

Give them room to open up to you. Your initial communication after a long layoff should be brief and simple. Keep the pressure off for a day or so before offering any intensives for reaching certain milestones. You don't want to cause them to feel boxed in.

Personally I would not include a PSA in my Co-Op that is not performing well. It is a good idea to review their VP Ledger beforehand.They must prove themselves. It is better for a new PSA to have a passionate and active sponsor and supportive upline. After awhile you can tell if someone is in for the long haul.
