If your welcome message to PSA is stale then it is necessary to refresh your welcome letter because there are so many changes in SFI.
See the sample letter:
Hi, my name is xxxxxxxx.
I just received a notification that you're now an SFI affiliate! I received this notification because you will be on my marketing team, and I will be
your sponsor in SFI.
As your sponsor, I'm here to help you with any questions you might have, and I'll do my best to support you in any other way I can.

How do I get my affiliates to understand the amazing opportunity offered by SFI?

There are lot of amazing opportunities offered by SFI.
First you send a welcome letter to new affiliates and explain about what is SFI. Communicate regularly with them by weekly letters and tell them that what is duplication and what are the benefits of duplication. Tell them that SFI is now in 17th successful year and grow their business every day. Tell them that there are lot of training materials available in SFI.
Communicate regularly and show them your achievements and badges which you earn and show your ASK SC answers and show the votes which you got while submitting answers.
Organize a contest and message them to participate in all contest and distribute the gift certificates to winning affiliates. Tell them to participate regularly in Eager Zebra games and win a free TCredits in TTime game.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

If an affiliate thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time then I said that every VP is important. There are daily 14 VP including EZ and PB tabs and there are also a weekly and monthly actions from which they can also earn VP.
Participate in Pricebenders auction and play game through TCredits can also earn VP. If they miss 1 VP then there is also a chance that they did not qualify for 1500 VP monthly by only just 1 VP they missed. So all the VP are important. If they also think that 1 VP actions is a waste of time then they are not serious in this business.

You can contact your PSAs and CSAs whose primary language is not English through Country/Region sub-forums. This is a excellent tool for Team Leaders/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor to contact their downlines. Contact your downlines to their native languages easily about what is SFI, how can they do their daily, weekly and monthly task.
You can also explain about how to set an Standing Order, what is TCredtis, Duplication, Executive Pool, S-Builder Co-op, Pricebenders auctions and Eager Zebra games.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

SFI gives us opportunity to rate your sponsor/co-sponsor each month and earn 10 VP.
If your sponsor does not email you welcome letter and does not email your weekly letter and does not contact you and not support any thing then give the lowest rating 1.
If your sponsor support you and email welcome and weekly letter and gives your tips about SFI and marketing and announce a contest and update the leadership page then give the rating from 3 to 5.

There are many good ways to effectively use SFI X-Card. You can distribute it to your friends, office friends, university or school friends or family members and ask them to send them to their friends.
You can leave SFI X-Cards in restaurant, coffee shop, public library, grocery store, super store or any other public places. In this way when people see this cards they search that what is SFI.

A good marketing plan for success in SFI is login every day and do your daily, weekly and monthly task.
Place Ads with gateway in free marketing ads website and build a successful team of affiliates. Tell your affiliates to maintain their atleast EA2 status every month.
Create a blog or website about your online business and update them regularly. Publish a video regularly about your business.

SFI has just done another excellent step by adding new ECA tab. Through this tab you can find ECA in your country and in your region and also find ECA who accept MRP in your country and in your region. In this section you can also see today’s featured ECA and featured item for this ECA.
You can also see Highly Rated ECA in your country and you can search your products easily which you want to purchase and you can also promote the ECA and their products in marketing aids and when any one see these ads and buy their products then it will help your business to grow.
