Simply stated I say it benefits me firstly towards being an awesome sponsor. Thereafter, it helps to motivate my team members to work both harder and smarter knowing that evidently their leader and team mate really care whether they succeed at this business or not. Team members having T Credit in hand are enabled to bid at auction and helped to purchase items such as wave3 and S-Builder Coop membership or others and also earn valuable versa points.
Some persons are also quite competitive and loves a good healthy competition, so they will work and strategise to attain criteria such as 300 vp or 1500vp and EA status attained and retained over x period to be the winner for prize of T Credit where such is stipulated in a team leader's contest as an incentive/reward.
Therefore, when persons work to achieve such progress and wins by their improved rank, activities(sales and purchases), commissions gained I will also gain the allotted percentage of commissions and matching vp etc.
Ultimately it blesses me to help my team members financially and then observe them blossom and grow!

I've seen where circulating flyers to patrons/clients/workers at the following places reap great responses using myself as one such respondent, so the TC gift cards given that way will be very effective too.

1. Food Stores
2. Doctor Office
3. Restaurant
4. Market Place
5. Car Show
6. Car Repair Shop
7. Hair Care Salon
8. Dentist Office
9. Church Assembly
9. Supermarket
10. Pharmacy
11. Other places like these where a large number of persons are present at times

I say to those persons that they need not fear that as an issue because the history of SFI and other internet related business have shown that a far greater reach and impact of higher number of persons have been achieved from promotions online and through advertising internet sites. In effect the millions of potential customers that are internet users sees such advertisements and invariably some respond positively taking up the offer.

This is happens because just like me who was just searching online for work from home job and came upon SFI that caught my interest. I signed up starting reading its getting started basics, acted and the rest as they say is history with me now as a progressive affiliate. I am now reaching many persons in many countries and continents through posting blogs and advertisements in many free as well as paid advertising sites.

This is a good and useful question so in response I share some of the things I have read from other SFI Leaders, learned and I am doing to qualify as Team Leader each month as follows.

1. Set up a standing order for 1500vp and this will ensure you become an EA every month. I strongly recommend TCredits which you can use anytime to make purchases on TripleClicks (125 TCredits ) costing $36.50, earns you 1500VP https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=212474.
I also use TCredits to enter pick the price contest and to bid on price bender auction items especially those with double member reward points associated and for this earn a VP for each bid made.

This could be through persons contacted by email, church members, school mates past and present or through any of the following places where people are contacted.
