How can I promote my ECA store's products to my downline so they'll want to sell them and/or buy them?

I would start out by telling them which of your products are selling the best and instead of trying to tell them to sell them, I would offer, if they are interested, to let them promote your products if they would like to make extra money, which in turn would help them to make money while they are trying to get their business started.
Tell them how well the product/products are selling and how much it would help them, IF they are interested. Then offer to help them get it setup. This way you are helping them and not just helping yourself.

I want to do local training for my affiliates. How do I get them to come to my training sessions?

How successful is your business? If you are still struggling, can you get someone that is successful to come, speak and share some of their secrets?
If you can off them something that they need, then they will attend, especially if they are serious about their business.
If you have people that are to far away to come, but are serious about building their business, I would consider offering to also host your meetings via webinar to them.

First, be thankful that they are communicating with you. So many of our new affiliates never reach out to you to let you know what they are thinking, so you can't help them.
You have to explain to them that this business is the real deal, it's not an overnight get rich sheme. Depending on how much time and investment they have for their new business will be a big factor in how quickly they are able to grow and earn. Have them read their LaunchPad lessons and recognize all the different ways to obtain a profit. Help them to understand that duplication will be the most important way to build a residual income, but they can also market the various items in TripleClicks to provide instantanious income. If they have high marketing skills, then they should focus hard on this income source while at the same time obtaining new affiliates.
Advertise products and advertise to gain new affiliates. If they can afford to join co-op or win PSA's in auction or even purchasing PSA's to go. They can build their business relatively fast if they have the proper skills and/or money. If they don't then it's important to know that "Rome wasn't build overnight".
They are in the right place, it's free, and it will happen. They have to give it time and work hard at it. Tell them you are here to help them in any way you can. Ask them to trust you, stick with it, do their part and they won't regret it. Wether it comes sooner or later, profits will come.

If what you are doing isn't working then try something else. Talk to your up-line, contact sucessful A2A friends and ask them for ideas. There are so many people here that are more then willing to give you tips and advice. All you have to do is reach out, which is apparently what you are doing here.
While you are seeking the advice from others here at SFI, also have them recommend some good books to you that will teach you different methods for attracting new affilifates.The more you show people that you are trying to help yourself the more willing people are willing to help you.
Most importantly hang in there and keep trying. Your ship will come in when you least expect it and you will be so thankful you didn't give up.

I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

Honestly you should do now what you should have done months ago. If you are having no success you need to seek help from upline or A2A friends. There is no reason for you not to be growing. Have someone look at your ledger and evaluate what you can improve upon. Talk to someone about how you are advertising, let them look over your ads or blog or whatever method you are using. Find books that will help you. Help yourself and ask others for help.
This business is to simple not to succeed in. Different people will grow at different rates depending on how much time and/or money you have for investment, but you should be growing. If you are losing affiliates then evaluate your people skills. Sometimes we have to take a look at ourselves also. Read, learn, study. There are to many free books on advertising, and self help books. Do your part and you will grow.

How does a2a help you build your business.
I say they are very important to building your business. They do something that no one else can do.
First you need to join, request friends to join you based on things you see on their profiles, ECA stores, or whatever seems to peak your interest. Also accept people who request you. Make friends with as many of them as you can. By talking, some of them will become close friends.
Now the important part. In a business like this, there will always be times when you feel like you have hit a stonewall, or you are feeling down, and don't even know why. You might be having some kind of problem with your down-line, but it's not severe enough to report them. Who are you going talk to.
If you go to your parent's or friends that are not a part of SFI, you will here "I told you so" or "that's why I didn't join". All of this or talk similar to this is negative talk. You don't need this.
Now on the other hand, you talk to some of your A2A friends. You will here that they have been through something similar and this is what to do, or you will just get some uplifting, or someone to help you find a solution. This is positive reinforcement.
My point is a2a friends play an important part in your business if you will just let them in, because there will come times when you just need to talk to someone and it would be best if it's someone, more experienced that can help and someone that has become a friend.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

In my opinion you should not encourage them to become team leaders unless you know they have the abilty to remain team leader month to month. It can be very discouraging to lose rank because they are not able to hold their position, and it could cause them to quit.
If you want to help them to become team leaders, then you should set up a co-op to help them to get PSA's for themselves. Once you know they have active affiliates under them you can start making them aware of the differences between an EA2 and a BLT, but also make them aware of the requirements to maintain that postion. They are the only ones who can definately know if they are ready to make that move.
As team leaders, we want to help our affiliates to grow, but with as little stress as possible. If we try to push them before they are ready, it could have adverse affects. Be a good team leader and support your affiliates no matter what status they maintain.

I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

In order to get the best sign-ups, you should get yourself prepared first.
1.Purchase the physical 6 T-credit gift cards. Make sure to write your member number on the back of them.
2. Prepare and practice what you are going to say when someone ask you about your Fast Track lapel pin. Practice until it becomes natural and doesn't sound like a speech.
3. Wear your lapel pin everywhere you go.
After you have your cards and are prepared with your speech, start wearing you lapel pin and carrying your cards everywhere you go. When someone ask you about your pin, start talking about what you have practiced. Once you are through and have won over there interest, give them a card and tell them how to use it (make sure your member number is on the card). Once you have done this and given them the card, it will help them not forget. Giving them the card also makes sure that they can log on and sign up under your sponsorship.

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

It is my opinion that as long as you are remaining where you currently are or making progress, no matter how small, then you are successful. I think it's important to think this way in order to remain motivated. Sure we want to reach all of our big goals, but we have to take it in baby steps. We have to stay motivated, so if you are just starting out then count each step towards your goal as being succesful. Never give up and never quit. Even if you go through a slump and don't seem to be moving but are maintaining your current position, that also is being succesful. Belive in yourself, study, learn and follow directions and you will be successful every step of the way.

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

If you are relatively new to SFI, then the easiest way is to plan at the beginning of the month. After you have affiliates sponsored under you, it becomes easier because of the matching VP you will receive.
So, since you asked this question, I am going to assume you are relatively new or that you don't have many sponsored affiliates working the business yet. In order to make BLT, which is your first leadership position, you need 2000 sales VP and 1000 action VP. The sales VP is very easy to get if you make a purchase or two from TripleClicks.
What you need to focus on is the action VP. These are harder to obtain and you can't wait till the last minute to try to obtain them. You receive action VP for working your To-Do list daily. But, even, after completing everything available on the to-do list(and this is based on the assumption that you have already completed all of your Launchpad lessons, you will not have 1000 action VP.
Ok, so what will give you action points? Bidding on Auctions, Picking the Price on Auctions, Answering Questions in the Ask SC. Buying Gift Cards. You receive 10 action VP for everyone you give out. There may be a few I left out, but I hope this gives you an idea of the difference in the types of points you will need.
This is why I say, its is best to plan at the first of the month and to really work on your action points. Look for ways to get them, because these are the ones that are challenging.
