The one and only Fact that should be told to anybody about SFI is the Truth about this Business.
When I first started out at SFI it was from a total stranger who never really convinced or persuaded me to join this business but merely gave me an invite to join as a second income.
I immediately joined because for some reason I found this was my getaway to financial freedom and I thought to myself I had nothing to lose because at the bottom there was the word UNSUBSRIBE if you not interested.
There is no Tell Tale Story or Facts or even Figures you can tell, there is no convincing its all about whether or not you need an extra income to have financial freedom or you want to improve your standard of living and enjoy the extra money.
I personally will not make fancy stories or make this some kind of fantasy to get someone to signup and can't even afford a Standing Order.
Simplicity is the best and how your business will be run is up to you,exploitation is definitely a No No for me to get people to join, I will tell them the truth about the business.
At this stage in my life I really needed a second income because of my financial situation and my salary was merely covering my needs and I had no money for any wants.

You tell them the truth about SFI because its a very Reputable Company to be associated with. When I retire from my current job in a few years time my focus will be SFI. I am building my foundation now and slowly but surely progressing with my Ranks and my Duplication and I have a success story to tell.
My Aim and Dream must become a reality and I strive everyday to outshine this motto.
I ask myself where do I get a Course on Marketing which is FREE and the perks are good, Only here.
These are the perks I found:
Sell your stuff on Tripleclicks,
Participate in Auctions which only millionares do nowdays and the items are Brand New,
Join Wave 3 and get all the perks.
Meet a2a members from your Area,
Get commissions from people you Mentor and Sponsor.
List goes on!!!
If I was not cash strapped and bills to pay I would have joined SFI on a full time basis and never looked back.
The materials are excellent and the way Gery Carson has set the platform for us is God sent and He is blessed for allowing millions to sustain themselves using his Ideology.

The best affiliate in SFI uses the motto Dream Big and Aim High,always keep this in mind when you are applying any method with SFI Basics and for any Training Material.
The First and Foremost of the best SFI affiliate will log into SFI Everyday, check the Forum,Post,SFI newsflash and how to use the New Marketing Tips effectively.
Another important application is Tripleclicks, you may just find an iyem you really wanted and you get versapoints with the item. Now this is vital for an Affiliate.
Work on PSAs and CSAs because their success is your success.Explore every reading material available to you especially IAHBE, the resources here is excellent, the composition of every tip of a Marketer is sound.
Another important Unit is SBuilder Co-op is designed for people who want to share cost for advertising and reap the rewards.
And all this comes as a Standing Order which is vital for EA ranks and increases your business.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Yes I agree and I usually seem to go nowhere with the PSAs who have language Barriers.
Communication is vital between sponsor and affiliate and if you don't have a clue what their queries are, how are you going to them what to do.
Some don't even speak English at all and thAt is the only means of communication.
Many a times I have lost PSas to communication and I felt bad not understanding them, it is really frustration And demotivating for your PSAs.
Do yourself a favor and your PSas by referring them to Team Leaders in their own country and then you have a Win-Win situation.
Makes you feel good don't ever think you losr an affiliate because you can gain on Pricebenders.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Sometimes its better to communicate with your co-sponsor than your sponsor because your sponsor is not available when you need them.
I communicate with my co-sponsor most of the time and she gets rather tired and ask me to figure it out for myself.
When I became a sponsor and co-sponsor then did I realise that you have PSAs and CSAs under you and you have to mentor all and if you got 10 people like me asking questions all the time then when are you going to do your work.
For some of us this is a Second Income and Priority lies with your job because that is your sustenance.
When you have the 2 hours to work in SFI the internet sucks and your time becomes limited and you become agitated and when you need your sponsor or co-sponsor they not available because of different countries and times, then you feel lost and become disappointed with yourself.
Let me give you a tiny solution to your problem which I found very effective get your communiciation via Facebook.Please don't get me wrong I am not canvassing for Facebook but the effectiveness is dynamic,I use this platform everyday and it is amazing how much I can cover with my sponsor, co-sponsor and Duplication.

We all ask questions at one point or the other and therefore we are appointed Sponsors/Co-sponsors/Upline and they are all here to help us, they might not have all the answers but they will make the ultimate effort to assist you with your questions.When they cannot help they ask you to Submit a ticket.
Another simple way of getting answers is SFI-basics and Launchpad Lessons if you read all these materials there are so much info you realise that you missed.
When I first started my sponsor sent me an email telling me to READ, read and read because intriguing info is sometimes missed and you feel lost and once you get this feeling of hoplessness your mind decides for you to QUIT, but why should you quit when the line of communication between you and your sponsor is poor.
So my advice to you about if you want a correct answer to your question and you get no joy from your Team then do your homework because each Tab has self explanatory information which is vital for your business.All information is paramount when it comes to your business whether from Upline or Sponsor, its important.

All information about SFI must be sent to family and friend and even colleagues so they can make a decision whether they want to join or not.
Lots of people have their opinions of Internet Marketing and what a scam it can be, so convincing someone who is sceptical especially when they have at least 10 more years to work before THEY retire, can be a difficult one.
Many countries like mine for example is very suspicious about the internet. Most use the internet as a social network and Google info.
Internet Marketing is a no/no because it is not advertised in our newspapers/magazines/television In fact no where.
I feel it hard to actually advertise locally because only 10% is internet friendly and daily internet Banking or Cellphone Banking is advertised in the media, people do not want to move forward. Everybody is content shopping at local stores/supermarkets. Online buying is a total NO for them.
Therefore it comes back to your question convincing people over 50 to join SFI is very difficult maybe in another country you can advertise it as an early retirement job where you can hundred of dollars to help you when you retire to have a fulfilled retirement, this will give them something to think about.
I wish the people in my country will change and see the benfits of the Internet.

The best way to greet your PSAs is the moment an email is sent to you from SFI,it will be read like this,
Good news! You just sponsored a new SFI affiliate :
Name.... (SFI ID: 000000000)
If this notification has just arrived, it means that???? is probably currently online at the SFI Affiliate Center and you should initiate a live chat immediately to welcome this person to SFI and help your new affiliate get started. To do so, just go to the following link. If they're online now, just click on the yellow bubble that will appear below their photo to start a chat
Now comes your MESSAGE which will be a welcome letter and If you need any HELP please contact me and give your name and your email address.
In this way the PSA will know that there is someone who can help here and your meaasage will cover all info about the daily actions etc...
Sometimes giving lots and lots of information in the welcome letter can be scary because there is only so much you can comprehend with some new Venture.

Good Question
Buying and Sponsoring are both good for the company. Let us look at the simplicity of Both and let us be realistic everyone wants the easy way out,its true money can buy anything. In the same token Hard Work never kills anyone this is proven time and time again.
Let's analyze Buying first.
Buying is quick,easy just a few bucks and you get your PSAs and you do your teammails,fax,skype,emails and phone calls and at first the response is good, everyone is eager they take on the challenge and for some reason or the other they become Inactive and then you chase after them with all the technology you have and evrything becomess null and void and a very big full stop.Sometimes chasing behind them becomes fruitless and then you realise why didn't you focus on those who were eager to learn instead you channelled your energy on the wrong ones in the interim all become Inactive.
Sponsoring on the other hand you learn all the New Marketing Methods that was introduced to us recently is so fantastic this encourages you to advertise,advertise and advertise.
Whatever platform you use,you get results,people start asking you about SFi and you can see the eagerness to join the company. People want direct links with you and only sponsoring offers that.
I do advertising everyday very religiously and I do get results because its a method called hands on and when they do join SFI they are quite clued up.
This is my opinion weighted on a scale to give you a better view of both Buying and Sponsoring of PSAs.

Hi
I am going to give you the way I was taught with my sponsor/co-sponsor and it worked out very good.
I was told about Standing order in my sixth Lauchpad Lesson a teammail was sent to me about maintaining my Rank of EA I will have to have a Standing Order from the Second month.
At first it did not register and I assumed when I get there I will cross the bridge, never take your sponsor's advice light heartedly because you can loose valuable information and strategies.
Eventually I lost my EA and then I was panicking because I lost all my perks that goes with the Rank.
The Fastest and Easiest Explanation is
1.Transfer Buying that is when you purchasing from Tripleclicks there are items which you purchase has Standing Order therefore encourage your PSAs to view items on Tripleclicks
2.Website Sales just by refering customers to your online store you maintain EA status
3.Action Verspoints this is done by Team building and building your online business.
This is the only information PSAs need to absorb for the time to get a Standing Order just to Reach EA and how Vital it is to have a Standing Order because the more versapoints you have the moredtermined you become to reach the Top and that is where we all must Aim High because we have a Dream and a very Big Dream.
