What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

I would suggest share 1 or 2 success stories you have experienced with SFI. Show them of course the SFI Basics and launchpad. I always advise them of these and then if they have any SPECIFIC questions I would be happy to answer.
You may advise them that SFI takes time to study and read but SFI provides all the information they need.
If it is someone you know well and have seen their talents that fit with SFI then tell them in what ways they can be an asset to SFI.
How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

The saying "It takes one to know one." comes to mind. As you are working building your business you will recognize that person and you will recognize what is required to assist that person grow in SFI also.
I think that as we live our success in SFI they will find US actually and they will see something they want in you and your success and come to YOU!
