Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

As in life, all that's good and useful should be repeated, duplicated to serve their purposes and to meet our goals
The same way is with duplication in SFI business. It's pure illusion to expect that one can succeed with any business without duplication. Because there are rules in every business in order to make it. If their demands aren't met, there hardly can be any success.
The same is with SFI business. Methods, techniques, hints are here to help us achieve what we wish for and all the effort we put in showing our PSAs and CSAs will bring results only if we duplicate what our uplines do.

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

This is the type of question we all have to think of answering some day.
What would I say?
I would say, nothing much. I travel around the world and each day for just a couple of hours I log in to open some sites, make some ads, click several clicks, send some team mails, check whether my team needs my help, and that would be about that.
Then they would of course be confused and curious and ask me what exactly do I do. I would answer their curiosity with the question whether they would love to live like that.
If their answer would be yes, I would sign them as my PSAs and show and teach them how to completely and fully duplicate me to have the life I have.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

There pros and cons for doing so.
If your team is just developing I wouldn’t reassign PSAs simply because I’m still building my team and I would appreciate any depth PSAs can make. Even if they are not working at the moment, that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t start in the near future.
If you already have a well built team, with good depth, meaning 6 – 12 generations who are hard workers, and if you would wish to build another depth in some PSA’s country, then reassigning makes sense.

Meeting your A2A affiliates can give to all of you a lot. You can compare methods, goals, quantity of time spent on promotion, means of promotion, share suggestions and ideas. In my opinion any affiliate at the meeting can learn from the others and then improve their methods. Many will be encouraged by simply seeing people who are in the same business, let alone hearing what they do.
As it happens, the most important thing is duplication and every one at the meeting will probably realize what he/she has not been doing correctly and/or what part of their activities can be improved.

What do you do on a daily basis to promote your SFI business?

There a lot of possibilites to do in order to promote SFI. We can use many pre-made cards, banners, etc but still we can do some of our own.
Also, there are so many products on TC that can be the object of promotion.
Verbal promotion shouldn't be forgotten, some people are better in one-on-one promotion, others are better in online marketing. However, all of these methods can be lucrative especially when combined.

A team leader is a person who knows a solution to any given situation. If somehow he/she doesn't the answer to the problem, then certainly knows how to find it and where to look.
He/she is also a person to whom his/her colleagues can look up to and whom they wish to follow. People will follow those who have results talking how successful they are. And vice versa, if someone doesn't have results of any kind, they won't be able to teach anyone how to achieve them.
A team leader is a person who gives support and help in any possible way to his colleagues, has determination and abilities and knows what leadership actually is.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

What do I do?
I send them a team mail saying SFI assigned me as their co-sponsor, that I am here to answer their questions if any, to give them support when they feel lacking confidence.
One never knows when inactivitiy can turn to activity and when it does, they will know they have someone to turn to ask for help and explanations. Once they signed up, they obviously had the reasons for doing so. Sometimes pure curiosity, sometimes wishing to make money, sometimes uncertainty, whatever their reason is, the fact is they signed up.
If my team mail makes their curiosity rise again and they start working, all my efforts will bring the results. Until then, being persistent as I am, I'll keep sending them team mails.

What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

Hi, this is very good question.
First you have to have a plan. A schedule. Make calculations how many VPs are available each month. It varies but is approximately about 500 each month. To make team leader rank you need to make at least 3000 VPs a month. To make BTL you will have to make at least 1000 action VPs and max 2000 sales VPs.
Having first 500 action points from all daily, weekly and monthly action, you still have to make cca 2500 VPs.
Having SO – standing order with 125 Tcredit pack you get 1500 VPs and instantly confirms your EA rank.
The rest can be made by:
- bidding up to 500 action VPs or
- sending gift cards – 30 a month and each will give you 10 action VPs or
- having in your team PSAs that are EA2 (at least) to get 100 action points, or if they are team rank, you'll get 150 VPs respectively
I would suggest that you focus on building a team and having PSAs with EA2 rank or higher you will make team leader rank very easily.
