The one thing that has made a difference is sponsoring PSAs and getting a share of CSAs monthly since I'm a BTL. PSAs and CSAs are helping my income increase monthly and I like sharing some of my PSA/CSAs with my front line to help their business grow. If they are successful, I'm successful, and if their front line is successful we're all successful, and so on! Hopefully they will duplicate what I do and hopefully their downline will duplicate what they do! Failure is not an option!

This is a good question. It's been hard for me to converse with anyone. I always send out emails to my team on a regular basis. I assume and hope they are reading the emails. I tell them if they need help or have questions, please email me. I let them know that I'm always here to help any way I can, but they must communicate with me. I have had a couple responses...which is good! I normally get a higher response from affiliates when I see that they are online. I ask how are they doing which they

Communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor as much as you want. They should be happy that you are showing interest in your business and they should give you plenty of support. If they won't communicate with you, then go to the FORUM for help with any questions you may have. People are always posting questions and answers for all to see. You can also talk with others in the A2A section if you need to.

This is a great question. I always ask myself how can I get my PSAs and CSAs to wake up and see the light as I do. I see the money to be made in SFI but for some reason most people don't see it and don't become serious. They sign up, take a quick look, and die on the vine. It can be frustrating. You can try different things like rewarding your affiliates for different achievements, sending out letters offering help, giving them the PSAs you get, etc., but in the end it's up to them to see the light

You are the best! Never think negative and always be positive. Learn as much as you can about SFI and be willing to help your downline. Be the best for them and others, whether they are in SFI or not. Lead by example, teach duplication, and never quit. You are the best now and you will always be the best and don't let no one tell you different.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

The only way to find affiliates that are truly interested in SFI and will remain active is to sponsor, sponsor, sponsor, and sponsor some more. You may come across family and/or friends that are interested in SFI, but more than likely, you will have to sponsor hundreds of people...maybe a thousand or more just to find a handful of truly interested SFI affiliates. I have sponsored many affiliates who I thought were going to be truly interested in SFI, only to find out they were not. Most affiliates

If your sponsor is not much of a mentor, then check out the FORUM. You will find that many affiliates visit the forum to find answers to numerous questions that they have or that other affiliates have. The forum is a mentoring tool. A place to go for answers and support. You can also talk with others in the A2A section. It's another great mentoring tool as well.
