This is quite easy to answer.
My opinion that the most effective ways to communicate with your downline to get results are:
-welcome messages;
-group team mailers;
-tip cards;
-congratulation cards;
-stream option;
-chat option;
-skype; etc.
SFI provides every tool that you need for successful communication with your downline, and skype is additional helpful tool.

This is interesting and very important question.
Good communication is a key for success!
My opinion is that the most effective way to communicate with your team, is that you can start with weekly mails.
Daily mails could be contrary-productive.
But, if there are some affiliates which are showing more interest for achieving the success, then you should communicate with them every time when they need your assistance, help and advice.
For such purpose, you can offer various types of communications: mails, chat, skype, etc.
Let to the affiliate to choose what he desire from these options.

I think that this question is one of the crucial ones.
You should be very polite, careful, and don’t lie ever to them, but always tell the true.
Also, it is very important to avoid mistakes, i.e. quite often things such as:
-complicate more than it is necessary,
because SFI is quite simple to learn if you suggest them first to watch the video, read Basics and Launchpad;
-tell those things such as: “with SFI you can get rich quickly”,
because it is not true, but a long term process which you should adequately explain to them;
-force them to buy something,
but explain them the benefits of purchasing TCredits, NMP, S-Builder, Wave3, etc;
-ignore them because of bad rating; and
-being impatient,
but quite the opposite: be very patient with them.

This is a great idea, and could be great business with many benefits.
Alibaba.com is a very popular site with very high Alexa ranking (about 50).
The most percent of visitors are from China, India, Pakistan, Iran, USA, etc.
It got section for buyers and suppliers.
The categories are very various with lot of products.

A. I think that it is best to:
-search and study the help center for buyers;
-search and study the help center for suppliers; or
-to contact alibaba.com directly and get all of the necessary informations.

How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

This is probably the question concerning the problem which worries a great majority of SFI members.
First of all, you can keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI by giving your own example.
Second, you should always give them support and advices. Also, tell them to be patient, but persistent. This is a job which is building for months and years.
Third, for yours best movers you can provide some rewards (TCredits, PSA reassingments, gift cards, etc.).
But, there is no way to keep someone who definitevely decide to quit. You can eventyally ask him for a reason, because this information could be useful for yours future work with other affiliates.

Stream is one of the useful option to communicate with your upline, downline (PSA's and CSA's), and a2a friends.
The good ways are to send tips, congratulations, informations, etc.
Personally, I quite often use Stream, i.e. almost every day, and post all of the above.
People love to communicate between each other, so it have many benefits.

I don't think that there is such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much.
First thing is that you should offer your help to every affiliate from your team, regardless if they are yours PSA's or CSA's.
If there are affiliates who wants more help, advice, or support, you should give it to them.
On the other hand, there are also very successful affiliates which do not ask quite often for the assistance.
So, you should estimate what is the right measure for the assistance.
Nevertheless, there is no too much of help.

I think that this is a question that intrigues at least 90% of SFI affiliates.
First of all, you should be aware that you don't invest only in SFI.
If you know that this is your business and your company, then with investment in SFI, you actually invest into yourself.
For example, you can invest in S-builder, PSA's to go, Wave3, TCredits, and many other useful and interesting products.
With these investments you can get a lot of PSA's and CSA's, participate in auctions and Eager Zebra games, etc.
Therefore, with investment in SFI you can advance much faster and have bigger income.

This is an interesting question.
I think that both of them will provide very good value, but at different time.
At first, i.e. when you are starting, it is better to start a blog.
With blog you can advertise yourself at very high level, and to recruit affiliates. This kind of advertising is useful at places where SFI gateways are mostly treated as spam (Facebook and Google+ for example).
Later, i.e. when you have considerable number of PSA's, you can create your own SFI co-op.
This co-op will be very useful for your PSA's, because they could get their own affiliates by participating in this co-op.
You can also include workers as a reward.
Don't forget that if yours PSA's are successful, yours success is also bigger.
