I have read some of the answers to your question. They are all right on. When they say that you can't keep people from quitting, they are exactly right. I have been around "Network Marketing" for 10 years, and everywhere I see any statistics about retention I find that about 2% - 3% is about the best you can expect. The other 97% or 98% are not going to do anything with it.

Too often people have no idea what is involved in building a business online, and when they realize there

I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

I got my autoresponder message ideas from the suggested ads in the Marketing section of the SFI Home Page. I edited them into a message format that would follow sequentially from the first email message to the second etc.

I created my letters in that manner so a to not misrepresent the program, the income potential or any other aspect of the business.

I also used some info that I gleaned from the Gateway capture pages. I created a total of 13 emails that are sent out automatically.

I sometimes will send a letter in answer to a question from someone who is looking at the SFI business. However, the best solution I have found is to send them the first gateway link: http://www.sfi4.com/(yournumber)/FREE, suggest they join with no obligation, and
they gain access to the entire Backoffice where they can get way more information than I am able to give them. This costs them nothing and if they don't like what they see, they can just click it away and that's it.

How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

It is my thinking that if someone joins SFI thinking it's a job opportunity rather than a business opportunity, maybe we should look at the wording of our ads or what we say to someone in person.

If we use the ads provided by SFI under "Marketing Aids" there should be no doubt that this is not an employer looking for employees.

My suggestion is, be very clear in the beginning and you likely will not have anyone who thinks they are applying for a JOB.

How do you create a good marketing plan for yourself that will lead to success in SFI?

Your Marketing Plan must be a plan that fits you and your schedule. How much time you have to devote to the business, what strategy you have selected to be your focus, ie: TripleClicks product sales, Pricebender Auctions, the Games, etc. Also, a lot depends upon how you will promote.

Will you use Facebook, Classifieds, Safelists, Traffic ad Exchanges, Craigslist, etc. It is best to determine your strategy, select the ad you want to use, select one or two advertising sites and become familiar

There are two reasons to invest in SFI.

1.- Part of your investment is in promoting to sponsor
new members. You can do this with shares in the S-builder
or PSAs to Go. You get these in Triple Clicks. Also, if
you want to grow your business you will need to do some
advertising in Safelists or Traffic Exchanges etc. This
amounts to investing in your SFI Business.

2.- You must remember that in any business there is no
money made until somebody sells

There is only one way to motivate anyone to do anything. Show them what is in it for them. People respond to benefits. How investing in their business will lead to growth in their business and more income.

It's true, we can start free, and remain free forever, and make money if we are good at marketing
product and sponsoring new PSAs who will purchase product for which we will earn commissions.

The only way to sound greedy is if all our communications are pulling for

How do I explain to prospects what my relationship is with SFI and TripleClicks?

I like to think about my relationship to SFI like this: SFI has created an entire marketing system that I just need to plug into and use. All the business tools - banners, websites, contact manager, training and support - are all set up. On the TripleClicks side they manage all the products, collect the payments, ship the product and more.

My part is to promote the program and get new people to join the business, use the products, sell the products and for doing that SFI pays me commissions.

My response is that I have looked at a lot of other programs on the internet, actually signed up for several, but SFI is a totally different program. I explain that SFI is a totally product driven company and the only way people make money is when someone buys a product or products. I explain that SFI is a business, not a money making scheme or a "Get Rich Quick" program. But what I see here is a solid program that is poised for the long term and those who stay with SFI and work the business

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

There was a time when I pondered the same thing. "I have only a few in my downline and how can someone else have hundreds or thousands". But since I have been online for over 10 years, I have learned that being consistent with advertising every day is the key. Your group will grow initially in proportion to your level of activity.

Then as your group grows and they follow your lead and promote daily, their group grows and in turn, your group increases as well.
