For the most part, you don't. You can only help those who want to become serious business builders but don't know how.

I advise my PSA's to go through the marketing training available under Marketing Methods and the Internet Income course, then contact me if they still need help. I find that most of the people I've worked with are able to hit the ground running with just this advise. Some will contact me with specific questions after putting these methods to work.

Some will get it most won't. Work with the workers and keep moving forward.

Duplication happens in those who work. Not everyone you sponsor will be willing to do the work it takes to build a business.

Those who are wanting to actually build a business will be paying attention to what you are doing through your communication with them. If you are sending group messages each week and you are active, they will see it when they login. SFI shows your sponsors name, rating, and number of badges beside at the top of the page.

If you have 1 or 2 badges, your downline will probably not place value on having badges themselves. If you have several badges, your downline will see that also and want to match or exceed your badges.

People tend to imitate what they see. Show them how to work the business and those who are willing to work will duplicate your actions.

You can set up your SFI business to run on "autopilot", but it takes putting in a strong time commitment and a financial commitment at the onset.

The fist couple of months you are going to want to study everything about SFI. Log in every day to get every available action VP, participate in the forum, and familiarize yourself with TripleClicks.

While you are doing this, you will need to be doing a lot of advertising and even buying PSA's because you will need to have at least 10 EA2's or above. before you can even consider taking time away. Actually, the more the better for your purposes.

You will also need to put in a standing order for 2000+ VP and be certain that the payment source is funded properly each month.

Once you have reached these goals, your business will function with very minimal input from you each month. You will maintain the status of Bronze Team Leader as long as each of you EA2's or above maintain EA2 status each month.

I have timed doing the daily actions several times. I can complete these in less than 10 minutes on most days. Because it helps me keep an eye on the health of my business, and gives me extra VP, I do this everyday.

If you can spare 10 minutes a day and a little extra one day a week, you can achieve the same status with just 5 solid EA's in your organization because your daily, weekly and monthly actions give you about 495 VP each month.

SFI training gives you step by step directions on how to be a great sponsor/cosponsor.

If you can follow directions and learn from your mistakes, you can become a skilled team leader in SFI. Just read everything and apply what you have learned. You will need to keep track of what's working and what is not working and adjust as needed.

As you find small successes you will gain confidence. Before you know it you'll be a team leader and advising your movers in how to do the same.

Testing and Tracking

I use a lot of safelists for advertising. A safelist that works great for me may produce horrible results for someone else. The only way to know if your ads are working with safelists is to test and track your ads.

About 1/3 of the safelists I use provide click through rate stats for each mailing. The others do not, so I have to track them through an outside source. For all mailings, I keep a spreadsheet noting; the safelist name, the time of day the mailing is sent, the number of emails sent, the subject line, the email body, the tracking link and the key code used.

I also keep two notepad documents: one for subject lines and one for email bodies. I number them so I can just refer to the number of the subject or email in my spreadsheet. If I change even one word, I save it as a new subject or email because sometimes, just one word will be the difference between getting the mail opened or not.

I use a tracking link to check the click through rate for the mailing, and I use a unique key code to track conversions. Ads that work I use over and over, ads that don't stay in the file to try again later as the audience on the internet is ever changing.

Just remember never to get discouraged. My tracking has taught me that you have to get about 500,000 opened emails to get a sign up, and many people who sign up are just curious. Just keep advertising, and you will start to see PSA's that really start to work. It's a great resource!
