If you are ready to invest you can always buy PSA's but its always necessary to learn how to sponsor by yourself. A sponsor's responsibility include a lot of things, buying PSA's means you're just up by 1 level i.e. you're not going through the recruitment part but the rest of the journey still remains the same. I'm discussing below in details about a lot of aspects, do's & dont's.

Before buying PSA's the most important thing is to make sure of the source & whether it's reliable or not. I would advise, not to buy PSA's from ECA's(or any other source) because the risk factor is always very high. For eg. someone can recruit numerous affiliates without properly informing them or providing false/exaggerated information & then sell them to earn some money. Now if you're the one who's purchasing them, then you're in big trouble. Those affiliates are not the one you're looking for a program like SFI. You might end up getting a whole lot of PSA's who're looking for quick & easy money but not the one's who're ready to invest quality time & dedication to prevail in long term. For purchasing PSA's I'd refer the following methods which are reliable:

# You can check with your sponsor/co-sponsor about any co-op being run and can participate in those to lower the investment and get affiliates without effort.

As result you'll not only learn a lot but also be able to generate the affiliates you're looking for(through a well informed & regular advertising method). Explore the free options available in the online world & you'll benefit immensely(personally & professionally).

Now having said all these, I must include that the key factor is time management(how to utilize your time to the fullest). For this you need to maintain a balance between the PSA's you're purchasing & the ones you're recruiting yourself depending upon your monetary budget & the quality time available.

I'd like to conclude by saying that no matter whichever option you choose the eternal part of duplication remains the same & you'll have to do it all by yourself to create, maintain & keep on increasing a strong & efficient downline. You're the leader of a team and hence your primary duty is to lead by example. The products that you believe and found useful are the ones you're using and setting up as a standing order as well. So always try to promote those tried and tested products to your PSA's to set up as a standing order. Find below some of the best ways to convince your PSA's:

# Maintain your leadership page and explain the importance of setting up a standing order in your best tip along with other points.

# Whenever you send any mail(team mail/personalized) to your downline, always include the link of your leadership page along with your signature. Your PSA's will follow the link and see your badges to get motivated to earn themselves as well.

# Try to analyze the needs and economic background of your PSA's before convincing them. There can be the following categories:

1. One who's economically stable, can go for more than one Standing orders and utilize the benefits.

2. One who's balancing the time and investment, should be going for a particular standing order of 1500 or above[125 TC pack(I prefer) or IAHBE]. With that they can qualify/maintain the team leader rank.

3. One who're new and not ready to invest much or unable to invest much can start with very small investments like, setting up a standing order of 1TCredit. It'll give them valuable 102 VP's.

4. One who're looking for quick and easy money without any investment, hard-work or patience. No matter how much you lead by example, explain the benefits or try to convince them, it'll be of no use. So don't get demotivated by their reaction and concentrate on your movers.

Finally I'd like to end by saying that always remember, there's a fine line between trying to convince/pushing some one to do something. Always maintain that fine line and don't overdo while trying to convince your PSA's which might yield negative results.

I think rather than trying to convince her for investing in your SFI business, it would be better to get them a feeling about the business idea. Tell her about SFI, its long successful journey, millions of affiliates associated with it & motivate her by discussing the various earning methods(most importantly the leverage income part).

Hi Abdul,

First of all you should know the criteria to qualify & maintain your Team Leader rank. You need to acquire at least 3000 VP's per month(1500-2000 VP's from sales & 1000-1500 VP's from actions) to be a Team Leader.

The basic purpose of becoming a team leader is to duplicate your efforts & get the matching VP's. To earn matching VP, you must hold the rank of Team Leader, maintain your SFI Leadership Page, and also maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating (not applicable w/less than 5 ratings).

The best time to qualify as a Team leader is your initial months where you have a whole lot of free action VP's available from different actions. But that's only a onetime opportunity so I'm discussing the general situation.

You can easily get the 1500-2000 VP's through sales but the hard part is the 1000-1500 action VP's. For that you need to have a proper planning in advance & apply it accordingly. Now I'm discussing in details about the qualification process below:

Per month you can acquire somewhere around 500 free VP's through daily, weekly & monthly actions depending upon the no. of days of that month & the no. of weekends present in it.

You should set up a Standing Order of 1500 VP or more(I'd refer 125 Tcredit pack). You'll get an additional 100 action VP's which is very important for the new affiliates & two addition entries in the daily grand.

You should use those TCredits to bid in Pricebenders auctions. Each bid will give you 1 action VP & 5 MRP's(10 MRP's in case of DP auctions). You'll accumulate a lot of MRP's(625-1250) depending upon the type of auction you're bidding in. Now with the help of these MRP's purchase five 1TCredit's. Each 1TCredit will cost you 126 MRP's & you'll get 102 sales VP's for each purchase. So in total you'll be investing 630(126*5) MRP's & you'll be receiving 510(102*5) sales VP's.

Now let's just look back where you've reached till now. You've got 2010(1500 from SO + 510 from 1TCredit purchase) sales VP's(only 2000 will count as that's the upper limit). You've got somewhere around 700 action VP's(from daily, weekly, monthly actions + 100 for SO + 125 from bidding). You're still short of somewhat 300 action VP's. Now this is the most important part & you need to fulfill this deficit by using every possible ways of earning action VP's & TCredits(you can convert them to action VP's through bidding, max 500/month). I'm discussing the different ways of earning action VP's & TCredits below:

# You can get 100, 50 or 25 VP's by submitting most popular/2nd/3rd most popular ASK SC answer.

# Introduce ECA(E-Commerce Associate) & you'll receive 100 VP for each approved/activated ECA. You'll also be getting your commission for each sale made by those ECA's for lifetime.

# You can also win unlimited VP's through DistribuSTAR Daily Drawing, E-365 contest, Daily Grand Contest, 10 VP's per gift card distribution(max 300/month).

I've excluded the action VP's available through Getting Started, Intermediate, Launchpads, reviews because they are only one time opportunities & I'm explaining the generalized view(applicable to all affiliates irrespective of his/her tenure in SFI).

It's really difficult to say what the most valuable thing is because I've learned a lot of things and each one of them are equally important. I'm mentioning below some of the most important things learned from SFI:

You've raised a very important question, which is the integral part of duplication. Quality sign-ups are a necessity, which leads to effective results for your sincere team-building & sponsoring efforts. Although there's no hard & fast rule to identify the quality sign-ups & no one can guarantee it, but still we can use some efforts to find them.

I'm trying to put up some methods mentioned below:

# One should be targeting the right persons. For eg. its much easier to target & convince the teens(without any experience & looking for easy money) as compared to the experienced ones(hard to convince but once done, they'll stay). The former ones will lead to quantity but the later ones will lead to quality.

# It's very important to clearly explain the program to the prospects. They should know it before joining that, its not an "quick money making process" & would require quality time & monetary(if possible, to boost up the business) investment along with sincere & regular efforts. A lot of prospects may turn down your offer immediately but the ones who'll still join to look forward are the quality sign-ups.

# The approach should not be like hiring someone but to get associated with them. Make them understand as soon as possible that they are not joining any traditional job(a fixed work schedule & salary) but getting associated with one of the leading organization's in online industry.

# Tell them clearly that SFI will be providing a perfect platform for them which includes training, online sessions, personal monitoring & continuous support. The rest will solely depend upon how much they can utilize this knowledge by investing quality time, dedication & money(if possible).

# They should treat it like their own business & act accordingly. They are not simple employees of SFI like many organizations(where you work as per assigned tasks & earn accordingly) but they'll be the business associates of SFI.

This funneling approach will definitely decrease the amount of your sign-ups but most importantly it'll provide the quality ones that you're looking for.
