What are you personally doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as an SFI leader?

what i try to do everyday to continue to grow as a an SFI leader is to start with the little things. if you take care of the little things the big things have a habit of falling into place. i log in everyday and do everything on my to do list. I also take a look and my downline and see whos working and who isnt and i send them a letter of encouragement to get them moving also what i try to do is to learn a little bit more about the company everyday so if someone in my downline has a question i am knowledgeable enough to be of assitance to them. also I try to read something about internet mat¡rketing everyday and when i find something that can help my downline that wont cost them any money i share it with them. Like TIGER WOODS said winning takes care of everything. in this business doing the little things on a consistant basis takes care of everything.

Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?

I dont currently use any type of confrence calling to contact my team but i think that starting next month I will start using skype and suggest skype to my downline as well. I have spoken to a few people and they have informed me that skype is the easiest to use and also the least expensive. I hope this helps

this is an excellent question if you are designing a business card for sfi i suggest that you go to a site that sells website addresses and buy your name for example www.myname.com and if you can another name related to your business for example www.mybusiness.com then what your going to do is forward these names to your sfi gateway and your tripleclicks gateway. once this is done you are going to use these gateways on your business cards along with your name of course telephone number and an email address ideally a capture page should be included in order for you to build your brand and your mailing list i hope this helps

What is the first/best tip you give to your brand new PSAs to help them get started?

what i try to do to get any new psas started off on the right foot is to motivate them. A lot of time s they sign up just for the moment but they do not realize the opportunity that they have in thier hands. I make it my job to motivate them and show them the potential financial rewards they will reap if they just do the little things everyday. I try to show them the big picture not only with my words but with my actions. i dont require nothing from my new psas that im not doing myself and i am always available to all my psas and csas also i always return all emails in less than 24 hours so that they know that i am commited to their success. i think thst the easiest way to get SFI affiliates to promote your products is first become and SFI afffiliate and then become an A2A member.
Once you become an A2A member you solicit friends from the most active SFI affiliates and then once they accept you as a friend you casually explain to them the products that you are marketing and ask them if they would be interested in helpìng you promote them on thier Tconnect page. Plus you can also pick thuer brain about what other tools they utilize to be successful. i hope this helps

I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

Africa is a big continent and every country is a little different with different infrastructure and resources, if you live in a country with a lot of modern stores and a lot of internet acess and you are financially capable of investing in your business every month you should focus on a standing order for tcredits and sbuilder coop to build your business while using classified ads and traffic exchanges to get your name out there. This question depends on what your long term goals are. If you need to generate income right away then the Tripleclicks members is wher you should be focusing your energy because you can start generating profits almost immediately. If you have more long term goals then your energy should be focused on building a team of captians and majors a team of leaders that dont require a lot of supercision then you will really have a good foundation. i hope this helps
What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

its best to sponsor a few affiliates that are coachable than a whole bunch that are filling up your downline but are actuallly not doing anything. 5 good affiliates that you can turn into team leaders are way more valuable than 10,000 affilates doing absolutely nothing every month and posibily giving you a little stress to because you are constantly trying to motivate them to action and they dont even have the common deceny to even return your email

how many hours you dedicated depends on your knowledge level and the amount of money you can invest in the business. if you are a person well versed in the internet and you know how to set up automatic promotions then a hour a day might be enough and if yuou didnt know the internet but had money to buy traffic then a hour would be enough but if you dont haave money to invest monthly then you will have to do a lot of surfing and alot of free classified ads which will take a couple of hours a day i hope this helps

this is an excellent question the best way that i think to sell tcredits is with the giftcards everyone likes to get things free and with the giftcards the person is compelled to go to tripleclicks and take a look at what we have to offer and if by chance they start to like the auctions then you will have a steady customer every week bidding on things and the more they bid the more they buy and then you make your profit just from one gift card
