Any customers I am sure will like people who is courteous, polite & soft spoken.

One have to look at the brighter sight. Example if one is to open a food stall, one need to buy raw materials to sell the product(e.g burger,rojak,fresh fruit stall and etc.)Need some money upfront to buys those raw materials.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

You can easily detect whether PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business :-
As for new affiliates need to complete all the contents:
1. Getting-Started Action - confirming registration,white listing
[email protected], completing your Affiliate Profile and etc.
2. Launch Pad - read and complete all the 30 days articles.
After completing all the above start doing below.
1. Looking at their badges proofs that they are totally committed and hardworking.
2. Daily logging to SFI Home page and perform the daily action.
3. Perform their weekly and monthly action.
4. Participation in the Eager Zebra Games.
5. Having purchases or a standing order.
Lastly but not least take a look at their VP Ledger - denotes or clearly show that they are active or inactive and still performing or not are shown in the VP ledger. All of the above points are shown in the VP Ledger if ones is active.

The best way to get people to tripleclicks is by using the SFI marketing tools sent E-cards, flyers, banners, advertised using your personal url gateway and etcs. By the marketing tools strategy you'll be able to recruited some PRM (Personally Referred Member) to Tripleclicks.
Once your PRM has been confirmed then it's time for them to participate in the selling of the products in the TC Store as well as their own product. Then only the sales & commissions can be earned.

There's a big difference between being an SFI business enterpreneur and have a traditional business.
SFI business enterperneur need only a small investment and its risk free.It have a multi functional type of business operating worldwide via internet just at a tip for your fingers.
Traditional business need big investment and a place,location and type of product for the business,etc. Work longer hours, pay salaries,electricity,waterbills and other utilities expenses.
Does Google Adwords accept direct linking to SFI or TripleClicks Gateways? If NOT, what's the best way to advertise with Google Adwords?

Google Adwords need to pay to advertise. So, your need to create a team or co-op to split the cost of the advertisement.
The best way to advertise with Google Adwords is to create a co-op or a team in your group.
Before creating a co-op ones has to inform PSA & CSA via genealogy whether they like the idea of having a co-op or a team and split the expenses + share equally.
That's the only way that I can think off. Sorry!
