Remember that becoming a Team Leader earns shares of CSAs, patronizing S-Builder coop as standing order earns bonus CSAs, and lead systems are great tool of capturing signups anywhere.
Affiliates who have financial resources of course can easily buy several units of S-Builder, Sign-ups packages for ECAs and winning pricebenders auction for PSAs and CSAs.
Because of the above, they become Top Enroller.

You can use such digital TripleClicks Gift Cards to attract more and more Pricebender and Reward Members (PRMs). Remember that the more referrals that you will get who will become active and enjoying pricebender auctions and redeeming their earned Member Reward Points (MRPs), the more commissions that you will be entitled because the more TCredits that they will purchase. What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

Limited time is all in the mind. I may be convinced more by limited money. Nevertheless, it is best to tell them to integrate into their daily routine their visit to their affiliate center in SFI. That way, they will be adapted to the site and become part of their daily routine activities to visit SFI site.
Another way is to let them internalize that it's just like daily going to attend a classes at school. Then let them compare the advantages they can get.
What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Too much communication and unnecessary in my perspective are those that are insisting to affiliates that they must do what is written in the message, neither giving options nor open for discerning what can be done by the receiver according to its available resources. Messages that are dictating and pressuring instead of offering help are not taught here in SFI business because they are just making the concept of SFI more complicated in the perception of prospects and new affiliates. In addition, messages promising quick results in doing SFI business are very much discouraged by SFI management to be used since what is real and ideal is learning SFI systems in gradual way. :)

I suggest you should based your prospecting of ECA on these considerations:
1. Peculiarity of the items they are selling - such that are not available in other part of the world will surely get sales online;
2. Benefits of the items that will be listed by the ECA to the buyer - if such will bring advantages or usefulness to the buyer, even it will entail additional shipment cost, such will be bought;
3. Availability of internet connection to the prospective ECA - a must consideration
4. Knowledgeability of the owner / operator in using computer and internet - another must consideration because such will bring presence of the ECA site to the web; and
5. The commitment of the operator to do online selling - this will ensure maximum sales if done everyday.

Based from my experience, I was able to picked good pointers how to increase your presence on the web. The higher your presence rate, the higher traffic you bring to your site, the better chances of capturing numerous enrollments in a period. Additionally, you can select from the various downloadable softwares in free versions, which you can use in tweaking your computer speed, settings and lot more, even in tweaking pictures and other files. You will also read there personal stories of the long-been members of SFI how they persisted for over 10 years and that inspires me more in becoming confident that I could earn lot more here in SFI. If you explore IAHBE, I'm sure you will discover a lot more that will be useful to you.

My answer is simple; I will return the question to them by pointing out where they could find a
business system that gives everything needed to establish a business for free? There is no other site but only in SFI. Next is to ask them a question how do they want to have an income that can be grown steadily from a free site that transparently provides step by step ways of solidly building the best source of big income? From that point I will show them a sample from the income calculator of SFI. Last question that I will ask them is how they could trust SFI to become consistent to have a strong and sustained operational system? SFI is accredited and certified by Better Business Bureau because of its concreted systems of ensuring its operational sustainability that ensures best compensation for its affiliates. To conclude, SFI is the only site that can be trusted best when it comes to online business that they can do anywhere anytime.

They know what to have, do, and share.
They know that they must jave patience to read, understand, follow, and observe the results of they have done according to their comprehension and imterpretation;
They know that they cannot do alone, so they do know when and who to consult, and they do follow; they don't rush; instead have the diligence and persistence to do one step at a time and they do master the steps and systems before sharing anything in order to have a concrete proof of credibility; and
Most of all, they do know how to share and duplicate. It is a fact that you alone cannot do all things to succeed at the rate you are aiming, you need to share the knowledge in order to hasten the rate of your success. Remember that leaders become very good leaders when they produce more leaders; same is true with successful people; they only become successful when they can produce more successful people that will vouch to their good deeds.
