You need to be very active on social media to be able utilize the benefit of recruiting via social media.
One of the most popular social media today is facebook and twitter which a lot of prospective affiliates are on. Although, advertising on a such platform are met with restriction, especially when its free.
If you have a blog or prestigious domain such as the one here on SFI, its a lot more easier. You can then advertise through your prestigious domain or blog, thus bye passing already existing restriction and covering a range of prospects.

Yes. Why limit your affiliates. ECA store at Triple Clicks is taking your SFI business to another level.
First, why did we join SFI in the first place. To earn money online or grow a second income and having affiliates store means more income to come.
So, it is good and highly recommendable for affiliates to have ECA store at Triple Clicks if the can.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

Your PSAs rating you is function of how you relate with them. Obviously an inactive PSA will not rate you even if you are relating very well with them.
Don’t expect good rating, if you as a team leader is not doing very well.
Apart, from your communications with them on other issues, you can also tell them what they stand to gain by rating you. 10 VersaPoint. You can send them messages at the beginning of every new month reminding them to rate you on how well you have performed or you can put a stream post.
Don’t forget, build an active team and rating will not problem.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

Approximately, 2 hours daily.
Spending at least 1 hour in the morning to visit your tab and review other sections of SFI, i.e. Alerts, To-Do List etc. then another 1 hour in the evening, when you must have retired for the day.
With this, you will be able to follow up and keep yourself abreast on new items/products for sell. Also, in the evening you will be able to address questions/mails from your PSA's, CSA's etc and participate in Eager Zebra games, pricebenders auction etc.
With this level involvement, you can grow your SFI business and still be able carry on, on your normal daily activities.
You can also devote more than 2 hours as time goes on and your level of involvement on SFI's business. Note, SFI's business is not limited to online platform only, distribution of gift cards, Wave3 Membership, Soliciting for ECA's at the least can improve your earnings.

First I needed to understand what SFI was all about. Without knowledge about SFI, I wont be able to sell or discuss SFI to potential affiliates.
A good leader, leads by examples. If they are no proofs of what you have achieved, it will be difficult to motivate/inspire your team. So, I have decided to set goals for every months and works towards achieving them. Doing so, proves to my teams members that is possible and with the same efforts or more, they should able to surpass my achievements too.
SFI has so many Hot Spots sites that needs to be visited often. Doing so, will enable me have a successful and wonderful business experience with SFI.
SFI requires you daily attention by visiting it's sites daily and carrying out some daily task. With the aid of phones/hand set, one should be able to achieve these targets with ease.
This does not exhaust all the means possible but am sure they will take you to reasonable heights and make you a good SFI leader.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

I will suggest S-Builder Co-op to answer your question in relation to which is best. But if you ask me, I will recommend both for you.
W3 comes with good incentive for life so far as continue to be an active member of SFI.
S-Builder Co-op has a direct impact on improving you earning here on SFI.

There is no sure way of how to win Pricebenders auction. That is why, it is an auction after all. However, here are some tips I can advice;
Before you bid on any auction, observe one or two auctions and see how people bid on items to the end of the bid to enable you understand Pricebenders auction.
Understanding auctions is very important, because it will tell you when to participate in an auction or not.
Don't be over zealous participating in bids, this could deplete all you TCredits and leave you with nothing. Set you budget and please, stick to it, you mustn't win every auction you bid on.
