How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?

these are the sand that fills the SFI hour glass and shows how much you're gonna earn and if you qualify for a new badge or a new designation and it's also what you use to know how well you're doing in a month and what or how far you need to go to achieve the next level.

I believe it's not all about the hours you spend, but about what you do when you log on to SFI. if you log on and do your monthly shopping from the Tripleclicks store after collecting you versapoints for the day, you've done alot or you decide to buy your cosmetics from Tripleclicks or just shopping in general, you have done alot. when you add copying your afi links and posting it on sites to recruit Psa for your downline and all this is done in an hour thats a lot of work and a ot of versa points, mrps and commissions. the commissions come from making sure you can convince your PSAs and CSAs to do same with you.

What are the best methods for distributing TCards to the public and getting results?

this is a nice question,
the best method to distribute TC gifts cards is really and truly not specific. what i mean is there is no tried and true method of distribution because what works for one person based on the type of affiliates that person has may not work for you, simply because you are dealing with human beings of different cadre and nature.
what i can recommend is that you check your affiliates or better yet give it to family and friends and ensure that you let them know it can only be used on SFI or TC and maybe give some friends. that way you get new recruits and also more commissions.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

If you are a Team Leader you're gonna have matching vps for anything your PSAs or CSAs do ans if they use it to purchase stuff why you get some commissions off it. so i'm guessing at the end of the day you have a lot to benefit from transfer of credits. Don't do it often so they don't come to rely on you to move ahead though, use it to assist those affiliates you know would be of benefit to you.

this is very good question.
i believe the setting of goals can be very confusing at first, i.e. when one comes in with the belief that they can make close to $1000 or more by the end of the month there is the tendency to set outrageous goals. i believe the setting of goal should be made when one has settled into the SFI system and studied it properly knowing ones limitations and abilities to actually set a goal and achieve it. Goals should be taken seriously and so setting them should be given a lot of thought and abilities of the individual or the individual knowing themselves should be considered so there would be no disappointment or recriminations.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

hello,
Well I just want to say that there are some affiliates whom haven't logged in since the day they registered and logged out, and seeing that they didn't bother coming back the avenue of encouragement does not arise because mails coming in since they probably haven't white listed any of their sponsors, the mail would probably end up in the junk folder and then trash. I believe that you should focus on the active affiliates and move on from there. There's no point beating a dead dog.
