Good day SFI members.
This is a very good question.

The qualties one need to develop to be successful with SFI ARE:

1. You need to be a DREAMER: you will have to have big dreams which will drive you on even when things are not happening for you. It will cause you to create time when there is none.It will cause you to go on when friends and family tells you this would not work.

2. Determination: You must have determination to build your SFI business to a successful

I would first of all find out what he would like to get out of the business. Then I would find out if there is anything that will prevent him/her from attaining this.
I will then find out his goals in life.
Then I would try and mesh these together and also letting him know that he has a team that is willing to help him attain his goal.
I would tell him of the various ways in which he can make money.

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

SFI have various ways in which you can be in contact with your team. I would not say anyone is better than the other.
You can use the stream feature which you will earn one VP: I tend to use this to give an open congratulation to that member so others can also see.
You can you the weekly group mailing and gain 30 VP: I tend to use this if I want to say something collective to the entire team.
I use the TM mode to send an individual private mail just to a select team member.

The first thing you have to tell them is that it is a business.
Most of us have limited resources, that is why we are looking for something extra to do which could give us long term income.
We need to tell them that if we stick to the basics then we can not go wrong.
1. Ensure we to our daily, weekly and monthly to do list.
2. Do all of our Launchpad activities.
3. Set up a standing order for products you would have bought anyway on a monthly basis.
4. Advertise our

Hello SFI members

Good question.

The best one-liner or sentence you can use in a general advertisement about SFI is:

Come join a global family of entrepreneurs which are like mined people who want to make money in a online home-based business that is truly global that is in over 200 hundred counties with access to a global online store called tripleclicks.

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

The first thing is they have a big dream and a will to succeed.
They also are consistent and focus on achieving their goals and objectives.
But some of the things they do are:
1. They maintained their leadership status and collect CSA; dependent on the level of leadership they would have attained the more CSA they will have.
2. They do both free and paid advertisement.
3. They maintained their leadership broad.
4. They invest time and money into their business.
5.

Interesting question, but I like it.
To be a team leader in the SFI business in addition for the qualification in terms of VP points are:
1. As a team leader you need to maintained your Leadership page ever so often.
2. You need to be in regular communication with both your PSA and CSA helping them to develop a successful business.
3. As a team leader you need to lead by example in all aspects of the SFI business.
4. As a team leader you need to have a good mentor in the

Your question is a very important one.

The first thing is that your SFI business is full of mentorship.
Your mentors in the business could come from the following sources:
1. Your sponsor is the most important mentor as because he has a vested interest for you to succeed. If they are a good sponsor you will have all the help you need to succeed. You could also ask for help and you should get it or be pointed in the right direction.
2. Your co-sponsor in the business also

I like your question.

The way I qualify for team leader rank each month is by:

1. I set up a standing order; that took care of my requalification for EA2.
2. I do my daily, weekly and monthly to do list.
3. I help my PSA's to requalify as either EA2 or Team leader.
4. Participate in Pricebenders.
5. Become a Wave3 member. Will get points that you can use in Pricebenders auction or to buy what ever you want.

Other things you can do is to sponsor

Good question

We are all human and we most times do what we see our mentors do. Be it our mother, father big brother or sister, good friend or a teacher.
In the SFI business it is no different, so your PSA will most time do what you do.
The first thing you have to do is set up a standing order for yourself.
In terms of advised for your PSA you tell them that after the first month in order to requalify for EA and above they will have to set up a standing order. Tell them
