Hello, -well, I think PERSEVERANCE is the best tip. You should list your product(s) and relist them and promote them on all possible sites you know, for 2 hours daily, till they get sold. It is very important to advertise them daily and as much as possible. So, you shouldd allocate some more of your daily time than for the daily actions only.
I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

Just don't dispair. If they cannot work in SFI anymore,it is not your fault. Consider to work by yourself and get accustomed with the idea. In time, you will get some other PSAs or CSAs who will become active. Meanwhile, take advantage of the TripleClicks items, purchase and reccomend them for sale, also, make your daily actions and participate in Auctions, do the minimum you can to qualify as an EA or more if you can, each month.
Would it be beneficial to create separate forums and do web seminars about SFI in languages other than English?

Of course you can do this, it would be helpful for the ones who do not know English. In my opinion this is a GREAT idea, good to follow. This way you can attract a larger number of people as SFI affiliates and they can gain knowledge and instruction faster and easier.
You can do this applying marketing online strategies but the offline marketing strategies would be as good as the online ones. You can organize offline seminars in your language (if different from English), too, why not if the participants speak that language (?)

SFI is a place which shows some outstanding qualities of its successful affiliates, namely:
-pacience
-unbeatable perseverance
-computer skills to spread out the information about this business in his/her favour
-ability to understand a lot of information in English on this site
And, for the ones without initial investment possibilities, it is emphasized also their courage to never give up and continue till their team brings them profits.
SFI is a place of success by work, but it is about a certain success if its rules are followed, no matter when it comes.

How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

I think there is no problem as long as they could notice that SFI took care of their accounts and nothing happened. SFI is here and it has always had measures to protect its affiliates against such events. Every individual having a minimum digital education to access and use this platform correspondingly, namely to maintain his/her level month after month, is assumed to have enough culture to not be afraid of such events. So, you do not have too much to do for this situation.
What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

The way is shown by the SFI rules themselves. They are created to help the good willing ones and keep aside the pesimistic features.
I explain every person whom I invite what SFI means and tell sincerely that daily log in is necessary if the financial resources for monthly investments are small. Also, I will assure them of my help at every message I send.
Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

In case your ECAs ask for help it is wise to know to guide them...However, if you do not know, tell them to ask for help from the help section or from the other member of his/her upper line. But if you do know in detail what an ECA has to do, you may even ask them how you can assist them and what they need to create successfully their ECA profile and post successfully their first items.
How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

I JUST TELL THEM it is a difference between these two ideas/concepts-IN CASE they let me to.
If not, there is no chance, it means you speak to walls. You should first establish a simple communication and after that explain them this "secret" as briefly as possible.Actually it is now only when I notice the difference and this is due to this question. So, one small sentence like this will make them ...THINK BIG.

1- if there is limited time, it depends how limited it is, because SFI cannot be neglected, it is not a business for everybody or for anybody...
2- but if half an hour exists daily, then it should be dedicated as follows:
a-if no money is available, then remain a simple affiliate and start building your team only, trying to attract as many PSAs in your team
b- if little money is available, use it to maintain the EA status montly and get 2 more monthly members in your team (the CSAs)
c- teach your team to do the same

They do the well known SFI steps:
- daily actions
- monthly small or large investments (by selling or purchasing from TripleClicks directly or via their PSAs and/or CSAs)
- often duplication
For each of them they allocate an adequate daily period of time to get an answer. Someone told me about a friend of his who obtained a large amount of members in the team, that he obtained this by very hard work.
So, you have 2 alternatives, to pay and purchase lots of affiliates from TripleClicks or to work hard, daily, to promote your link widely and get more an more affilates.
