This is a tricky question. Convincing your spouse about investing in SFI or failing to do so, depends upon so many factors like your inter-relationship, the trust and confidence you enjoy with each other, your family resources, your spouse's innate faith in online selling etc.

Basically, I can tell you about my own experience over the past one year I have been in SFI. At first, skeptisicm for the first 3 or 4 months, followed by a grudging acceptance in the next 4 months when I started

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

This is a highly debatable issue. Quality or quantity ? Does one choose one's PSAs selectively and then groom them carefully and band them together into a long lasting team, OR, just go on enrolling as many PSAs as possible and let the "good ones" emerge as great performers ?

Actually, either of these methods might pay off and it is entirely left to individual choice.

I have had over 70 CSAs for the past several months and have been trying to "wake up" at

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

As far as I know, there is no formal or structured "mentoring" system in SFI. Your direct sponsor or co-sponsor or any other person in your upline can act your "mentor". In the real sense, this rarely happens. But, in case you happen to have a responsive sponsor or co-sponsor , a friend on A2A, or the Forum, you can use that person as a "mentor".

Having said that, SFI has the most comprehensive system for "self-help", of all other online learning

Hi Karmen,

That is pretty easy. Just point out the features of SFI as an online marketing company : (i) no joining fee (ii) no compulsion on investing anything (iii) its age : over 15 years in existence (iv) it has a vast global network (v) it has over 2 million Affiliates (vi) over 1 million products in its own store called Triple Clicks. (vii) it is a member of BBB.

If anyone still has any doubt, he / she can search those websites which specialize in tracking and warning

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

You have raised a very interesting issue. Remember, in SFI we are in a "virtual" environment and not a real life flesh-and-blood environment. In a real life situation, you can "shape" your team in the way you want, you can interact face-to-face, cajole, reprimand, encourage, counsel, guide, and motivate on a one-to-one basis. In the "virtual" world all this is that much more difficult.

So your best option is to sponsor your own PSAs , people whom you know

Setting yourself goals in SFI is like setting goals in other fields too. For example, if you click on the "goals" tab, you get a set of parameters for which you can set your goals. Look at each parameter and visualize what you could possibly achieve this month against each. Be realistic but set yourself a goal which is slightly higher than what you can possibly achieve. This means your goals should be basically realistic but at the same time challenging. That will give you sufficient motivation

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

It is not too easy to convince others about SFI. In an effort to do so, I have faced rejection again and again. One has to take this rejection in one's stride.

It is inherent in SFI that one has to work at least 6 months , if not more , to finally start earning a decent commission. We all know that the trick in that is to duplicate and teach them to do exactly what you are doing. You reach a point where some CSAs get assigned to you but almost all of them, in my experience, do not even

This is indeed a difficult question to address, but let me try based on my own experience.

I have 69 CSAs, out of which only 8 were active. Of these 4 seem to have become dormant recently. This is a bit discouraging, as it does reflect on me to some extent as the Co-sponsor. So how do I tackle the situation ? There could the following strategies:

1. Send them personal mails and try and find out what ails them.

2. Give them "pep talks' and try to motivate them
