For most people getting a PSA doesn't happen in the first week, we're all still trying to work out how the system works. So that means you'll always be a week ahead of any PSAs and should have half an idea about the answers to the questions they are likely to ask.

If they ask something you don't know, you have to be honest, either take the time to find out, from a training, a faq, the forum, you sponsor or co-sponsor, then let them know, or admit that you are quite new yourself and have

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

The whole idea of joining SFI when all is said and done is to make money.

To make money you have to gain more than you spend, obvious.

If you have 100s of PSA who all achieve very little, you don't get much comission from them, you don't get duplicate VPs 'cos they never make EA2, and they are likely to leave SFI because they are not making progress.

If you have 5 PSAs who all work regularly, and you nuture those few your position in SFI suddenly becomes stable, you

Well I guess the first thing is don't rush, you need to know what you are talking about when your down line asks questions. You need to build a firm foundation like any other business, that needs to be regular sales, either to PSAs, yourself or non-affiliate sales, enough to reach EA every month.

Once you can achieve that you can collect CSAs which help with you profitability

Next yuou must teach your PSAs to do the same as you have done, the only way to large profitability

This is a question with a two part answer...

When you first start to build you need to make some sales, this will bring in some cash and allow you more options for advertising. Initially concentrate on getting a few customers, remember if they make any repeat sales you still get the comission.

As you progress, you need to turn your attention to building your affiliate team, that way you can get them to duplicate your process, which will make them stable in SFI and hold your

Well obviously the first sign is that they score more than zero points.

Generally the ones who logon on a daily basis are heading in the right direction, but it's not always the case. I've had a number of PSAs sleep for a couple of weeks before actually trying the system, and I've had one PSA work to EA for the first two months then just stop

I guess the best way is to actually talk to them, or atleast exchange some e-mails, some people will commit to the long term others just

Setting goals is a bit tricky, especially if you've not had to do that kind of thing before, but there are a few simple guidelines which can help you out
1. A goal should not be impossible, you will feel that nobody ever achieved the impossible, so what is the point trying
2. A goal should not be too easy, if you are going to hit a goal anyway you are not going to push hard to attain it
3. Set goals to further your business in appropriate ways
In my case for example, I have no

You simply have to accept that SFI is not for everyone, forget about every knock back and keep working, you have chosen SFI because you believe it's a system which will work, and given time and work it will. I know it's difficult when you've worked really hard to get just one PSA through the door and they never even click a single vp, I think it's worse when you speak to somebody face to face and the turn around and effectively laugh at you, but all you need to remember is that you have chosen to

There are many many circumstances which affect how quickly people are successful with SFI, all of them relate to the person in question.
Some people are driven and work incredibly hard, yet even they can fail if they do the wrong things
Other people appear to do very little, but by doing just the right things they become successful quite quickly

Of course there are factors like time, regular attendance (Sounds like school!), and of course money, the more of each you provide the

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

It's fairly simple to tell your downline that by duplicating what you do they will be successful, clearly if you build a team, who work and invest in the program, and each of them does the same the team will continue to grow and grow, I defy anybody to say they cannot understand how that works. What you face most of the time is not a lack of understanding of the principal of duplication, I suspect it's more of an inability to duplicate.

I know that my up-line all have standing orders,

I know SFI offers some excelent training, and the forum is really useful for finding obscure answers, but I have to say for total volume of knowledge the Ask SC is second to none. Here you will find every possible answer to each question asked. Every one is different and you will find an answer here which suits your way of working. Furthermore by reading regularly you are exposed to topics you would not normally investigate, which provides a more rounded knowledge of SFI than perhaps you would
