Ahh a time capsule question.

When I first was asked to help someone with something I followed the link and ended up joining SFI. If I was to start SFI again I would not have followed that link at that time as I knew I was not ready to divert into anything else at that time. Primarily reorganize space at home as well as develop the social media networks I was working through.

Please note : this statement is a reflection on my status at that time rather than SFI. Which leads me onto another major thing that I would do differently. I would work out a timeline and management plan, also a social media map. Primarily using the ceiling for a physical points connected to string and drawing pins flow diagram as I am still a physically visual person rather than a virtual retentive person. This physical would then transcend into virtual and become part of the media advertising to use.

The impact the simple can you help me phrase had on me... would I use it. No. I use other approaches. Slower yes. I am also upfront in finding out what people want so that I angle invitations to what others are looking for while stating that it is an opportunity for a home based business or an opportunity for a business to further their clientele basis.

Hope this answer adds another perspective to the question.

First sit down with a note book and pen and evaluate what you see on sites that have obvious marketing within them.

Note how visual boards are different to forums, groups and communities. Check out different webpages.

Secondly sort our the pros and cons for these sites.

Effectively you are creating a 'S.W.O.T' analysis.

Now go and find answers for how to emulate what you like and what you want to avoid.

Read the host platforms policies / terms. Contact them for clarification.

Meanwhile check through SFI literature and find out what others within SFI think, have done or are doing.
Notate what you have done, how you did it and when it was done so that a basic timeline / calendar of advertising events may be referred back to. At least when things work you then have an idea of what you did that triggered the purchasing.

Lastly keep referring to your weekly SFI reports.

If all else fails just keep making 'mistakes' along the way. Some will work and others wont. After all - through out history -learning has just been a noted mistake that has come good.:D

I have not . However try these steps first as you really need a focused following too. Placing adds on their own rack of spamming. The method below is integrating what you want with what is allowed and also what your audience want to receive.

Do you have a Blogger account? Make a couple and write posts on them.

Facebook want to 'run' the blogs through their systems.
1) You open up a few Face book pages or groups under appropriate headings.
2) Place your snap shot on and fill out the rest of the Facebook page / groups cover page.
3) Step two is create a list - so add all visual boards appropriate to what your selling focus is.
4) Create stream titles that go through these Facebook pages / groups

5) once this is all connected and running your next blogger post will syndicate through your Facebook pages and groups for the next 60 days. Al this time these all need to be reconnected.

I figure that the investment in the S76 (Silver76Package) would be a justifiable business expense. Thus I am seriously looking at it in the near future.

Although SFI is 'Easy to join' and 'Very easy to understand' and there in lies the problem. After a few days of easy the human mind goes overboard with assumptions and preconceived ideas.

Suddenly easy becomes hard.

It is this 'Hard' that 'gets' to everyone of us. Then the boredom crashes in cause everyday there is repetition. Wow. From repetition people do not understand there are other paths to follow. This gets lost in the repetition and boredom factors. If people could stick with SFI, challenge themselves and go out of their personal habits box then there is an amazing WOW factor that sets in.

e~commerce or affiliate selling. What about the combination of even setting up a team that gets everything going.

What ever you go - once you get past the easy part - things just become clearer.

MMMM. Life experiences raises points to factor into answer this question.

1) The SFI emails are for SFI [besides the chance for Versa Points is always good].
2)What else is your outside SFI email account used for. Will an important SFI communication gt lost between the flows of family and other platform emails that stream in?

Although I am fairly new to SFI I can already see the possibility of missing SFI communications in my 'other life' email system. So out of respect for like minded SFI people it is my intention to keep both separate.
