Hello,
I would like to help you with your dubts with my answer, I'll try to be clear and short.
You should put yourself in shoes of your team, or in each PSA shoes. Let's take a look togother what I mean to tell.
Do not treat your team with messages and Team mails, or e-mails as you do not want your upline treats you.
So, communicate with your team as much as THEY want, BUT do not be boring or even worse do not sell them anything or persistent with words: "You SHOULD..." "You HAVE TO...", "You MUST..." Try to reformulate your sentence as follows : "If you wish to...." "If your goal is to be succesfull, try..."
Send just one Team Mail a week, with lot of NEW and USEFUL informations, don't just copy paste, people like to talk with someone who is succesfull, be a leader and share your ideas and ways with your Team.
Leave your team other ways of contacting you, not just in SFI, give them a Facebook account or Twitter, emails and skype... And be there WHEN EVER THEY WANT! And talk as much as THEY want!

Hello everyone,
when someone asks me about SFI I'm very pleased, first of all, it shows us that many people heard about SFI, but not joined yet.
Also, that is first thing I say to him/her. Why? It is VERY IMPORTANT to have good reputation as our company has. Then you need to explain Comp Plan of SFI. You need to point out it is FREE. I share my opinion with them:
"If something is FREE to join, and you can EARN money from it
(but you need to learn and work every day)
it is LONG-TERM BUSINESS",
and that is what people are looking for. After this short sentences if that person joins - YOU WILL GET A GOOD PSA. It is WIN-WIN situation.
It is important to put it very clearly, and explain SFI as it is, because as we speak about our company, we create our own reputation.

Hi,
to get answer on your question, you first need to find out which age and gender you are looking for, which locations and MOST IMPORTANT what are you promoting.
For SALES find countries which countries are best buyers.
So, you can use location filter.
For PSAs find countries where they google "online work" or "work at home" the most,
and you can use location filter again.
Also you need to know WHEN to put your ad on. It is important to set up Day of the week OR Time of the day. You can find many researches about this theme online.

I say that this is BEST opportunity ever and today is lucky day for them.
I try to explain how SFI is working, and that joining is FREE, and you do not need to pay anything ever after. How to manage all of this?
Of course one of very important thing is to say that they will get FREE training and FREE lessions how, when, where and why... :)
Of course I put out that I'll be their sponsor and I will lead them, and helped them in any time I can. It is very important to let them know you will be there for them if they need any help any time.

Second step is to have your own domains which are easy to remember and redirected to your affiliate links.
Why?
You don't want say to them: "Go to TripleClick.com/xxxxxx" - You will look silly, but if you say to them: "Go to www.NoName.info for more info" - and this link is redirected to your affiliate TripleClicks link, they will visit it! And they will become new customers of TripleClicks.
Also, say you have that Wave3 banner on your car because you as everyone else adore free stuff. Then explain what will they get with little investment of 2$ to become a Wave3 member!
And of course, do not forget mention about penny auctions, many of people will try to win some.

I think that each has their positive and negative sides.
Paid advertising is good if you know what are you doing. If you have money to invest in paid advertising you should put your ad on google or bing. Not much effective paid advertising is PTC (paid ot click) sites advertising - why? Because, people are not interested in your ad, they watch it for money - keep this on your mind.
Free advertising is the BEST way of advertise. Why? Because people surf Internet and just read things they are interested in. If you have a good blog (you can open it for free), and know how to write, you will bring people to your blog and they will read about your work and success in SFI and on this way you will get very active PSAs who are willing to work as you do - so lead them with your blog, or website.
You can focus to promote your blog on Facebook, twitter, G+ and other social medias, in this way you will get more visitors to your site.

First, as I already said be very supportive for them, tell them you will be their support all the way - when ever they need any advice or do not know how to do something - you'll be there as their sponsor.
Second, explain them when they become members it is not that important how much people they know, noone knows everyone. In this job, Internet is your work place. There are so much people looking for better life, better paychecks, it depends on them how much they are willing to work, and how much time are ready to invest in this job.
Everyone knows how to read, how to learn... but they are not willing to work, if they are willing to work - Internet is big, and there is space for every affiliate.

this is very good question.
There is no magic way of founding active affiliates, they key is: DO NOT QUIT.
This is job where one bad apple does not mean that hole tree is bad. You should keep up with advertising and looking for your gold apple. Keep in mind that you need to lead every new affiliate (PSA) with your example, if you have doubts - they will too, if you are inactive - they will be too.
Just do your job: promote products, promote SFI, be very supportive to your team, and every month you will grow more,more and more.

I think the best way is to create some competition on your Leadership Page. The prizes are the best motivation for your downline, your team. Make it so everyone can participate, for example: all your PSAs who make 1500VP (or EA2 status) can win up to 10 or 15 TC.
