In this way, affiliates will feel at home and comfortable in sharing experiences, ideas and concerns on SFI Business.

Let’s face it, as a Sponsor, we like to have good ratings from our PSAs. The Rate is vital in maintaining our Leadership Status. It is our measure on how we are doing as a leader or as a sponsor. However, we can’t ask PSAs to submit a sponsor’s rating.

The best way to get our PSAs to submit a sponsors rating is to support them in understanding the SFI Business through 1) recognition for a job well done 2) set up a contest that can encourage them to continue 3) support and always assure them that you are available and willing to help them succeed. We can't force them to do what they do not want to do, but we can always be available for them when they need us.

Good affiliates don’t come handy and they don’t group together. They are moulded and developed as a good “mover” by a good leader - this process is called “duplication”.

The best way to recruit good affiliates is to recruit continuously for more new affiliates. It is described in Day 16 Launchpad: “The Big Funnel” that when you are attracting and sponsoring new affiliates is like putting new personally sponsored affiliates in the big end of the funnel. Most of these affiliates will stop and pull out of the “race”. A few will come out from the small end of the funnel, these are the people who are “go-getters”, leaders who understood the SFI business, who see the big picture and wants to participate in the business. Thus, you found the good affiliates.

To become and EA you need 1500VP. Doing the “Daily Actions, Weekly Actions and Monthly Actions” will give you approx 497 VP for the month. Hence, you need an additional 1,003 VP.

1. Submit an answer to Ask SC and when your answer is voted for most popular answer you earned VP: 1st = 100, 2nd = 50 and 3rd = 25

Now, take notice that combined Action Items will give you VPs:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly = 497
- Ask SC (granting 1st rank) = 100
Sub-Total: 597, you need 903 VPs.

In any business, setting goals is a must; short or long term. It is no different in SFI Business. To be successful in SFI, We set goals in order to:

1. know the TASKS needed to ACHIEVE the Goals
2. know the TOOLS needed to COMPLETE the Tasks
3. know the TIME when a TARGET is to be reached

It is only when we have set and have written our GOALS that we can highlight our achievement. Every achievement is a MILESTONE and every MILESTONE is our BENCHMARK on what to do next.
