How can I increase my earnings with SFI?

You can increase your earning with SFI many of ways. The best is recruiting. If you recruit 5 PSAs that become EA2s, you will be getting 45% on the CV of their purchases and matching VPs. To become an EA you have to have 1500 VPs. If you have 5 EAs, that’s 7500 matching VPs! This would make you a PTL!
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

What you should do is ask the PSAs the reason why they joined SFI. Find out there goal and help them achieve it but if they are inactive then most likely they have given up. In that case, you need to get them interested again. Send them emails that will get them interested enough to click on it. Then give them the support they need to see results.
How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

Unfortunately, you cannot send a read request like Outlook and other email software clients but if you get a reply, it means they received it. In addition, if you send a email and you see that a team member has logged in, this is usually a good sign that they logged in to read your message. Sometimes team members read your email in there inbox but don’t log in.

The best way to get more Versa Points is to buy them. This might sound bunt but when you buy Versa Points, there is no waiting and you see results instantly! But if this isn’t the answer you were looking for, you can get unlimited Versa Points for each approved/activated ECA that you refer or, if you help your EAs become EA2s.
If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

If you are new, the best way that you can help a new PSA who need guidance is ask your sponsor. In the mean time, make sure you learn as much as you can. SFI has a whole section on internet marketing. Most people don’t know but some of the points that you get from SFI are from doing the basics of marketing.
How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

Let them burn themselves out. Then when they have no clue of what to do next, step in. On the other hand, they might just surprise you and make it happen! Unless you are saying somebody, believes they are going to get rich over night. In that situation, you just have to tell them and hope they are willing to put in the work.
