Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

In general 99% of people who opt to do any online business come with a mind of making over night money.This thought should be removed from their mind.They should be convinced that SFI is not a place for quick money.

How much is too much when contacting your team or downline?

The people in your down line are to be motivated rather than being driven off. Keeping in touch with them regularly to guide them only to be successful. While contacting them the people in the down line are not to be rushed around without making them to know the basics.
irregular contacts non crispy guidance and other factors leading to demotivate will be too much on the down line
How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

This is an excellent question and when once you manage a large number of active down line and is called as team management.
Here you will classify your down line in to three groups.
1.Self starters: These are people who need a little help from their up line,They understand the concept and take care rest on their own.
2.The second group of people are equally good as self starters , but they need to be pushed to work once a while.
3.The third group of people are slow runners and should be pushed around very often and these people can not be let off ,because they could produce results in spite of being slow.
Now to manage them is very easy. 10% concentration from your end to the first group,
20% of concentration to second group 50% of concentration to the third group.Remains 20% of your concentration for your self and for your affiliates who are yet to start.
If your team is of a big size an you can reassign some of your affiliates to to your

This question reminds me of a saying "You can take a horse to a pond but you cant force the horse to drink"
But at the same time this question also remind me that how King Richards watched a spider fails about so many times and finally succeed in building its web.
Don't worry keep on encouraging such affiliates repeatedly a time will come one day they will break the shackles.
Your support to these kind of affiliates should be in such a way that it kindles their interest in this program. These dormant affiliates may only realize that there is some thing in this program which will make their mind to actively participate.

If you want to recruit only serious affiliates make them clear about the following
1. SFI is a place to learn and then earn
2. SFI is not a place to make quick money
3. SFI is a place where some one has to log daily and do daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

Honestly I am of the opinion that new affiliates should learn the basics before they invest.
The best investment as far as I am concerned is in S builder. This will give them new affiliates using them a team can be built.
Secondly a standing order for 1500 points to maintain EA status every month is an attractive investment.
New affiliates can also invest in e books regarding internet marketing.
These are the three prime investments for a beginner.

The question I have faced from people who see me sitting in front of my system daily is that what do you do there and what is sfi.
For this I say SFI is an on line marketing place and you learn a lot there.
Secondly they ask me when will the money flow come The reply will be that SFI is a not a MLM and you should first understand that this is not a quick rich scheme.I shall also tell thm that learn and learn and learn here and money flow will come.For this a team has to be built up and those people will have to be taught what all you have learned. I will also tell the how to refer people herer and tell them about price benders and triple clicks.THose who understand grab the oppurtunity.
