Shop owners at your local mall are suffering the most in this economy. I find them very easy to approach with the SFI ECA program. Try this! You will be doing yourself and the shop owner a huge favor.
How do I decide which PSAs I should reassign affiliates to and what should I tell the PSAs who receives the reassignments?

I simply assign people who are showing progress but are a little slow. What I say is "Here is an new affiliate for you. Be sure to reach out to them. Hope this helps you get ahead. Your welcome!" and I always sign my messages.

I strongly suggest they sign in and follow their "To Do List" on the SFI homepage step by step every single day. Everything they need to learn about this business is right there. The energy to make it must come from within.

That is a fantastic question. I think SFI provided a wonderful message template for this exact event. Sometimes we can overwhelm a new member with too many words of our own. I simply personalize the SFI welcome message by letting them know I am here to help them and support them 100% of the way. Then sign it warmly with

I have found that using keywords on Twitter like #business #professionals and incorporating them into my Tweets that I am able to get a good return of ECAs and Affiliates. Try it!

In business it is always best to SHOW your family that it works by doing well. Then they will follow. Family is almost always the toughest sell of all. Don't stress about it. Just do well and then they will follow.

This is a fantastic and insightful question you posted! The main theme of my advice is always use your "To Do List" and placed a standing order for IAHBE membership.
