This is a great question. The obvious answer would be to direct them to the benefits chart located in the references section of your SFI management page. Although this will give them the information they want it is slightly impersonal.

When I am asked this question I like to stress the value of commissions from TC sales. This is where we are going to make most of our money. I would also direct them to some of the sales training material. It is nice to be personal with your team, but you still need to stress the duplication of the system we already have in place.

I also like to point out the benefits of vp matching. Granted you do not earn much through vp in you first few months but this business requires long term vision. Some people focus far more on getting people on the team then making sales, it is important for those people to know they will still earn a little money.

You can be making ten dollars a month just by hitting BTL and getting the vp matching from the people in your team. This is not much but it is money they can make in their first few months in the business. It is a great promise of more money to come in the business.

Make sure they know that for most people it takes a few months before they will start to see more than two or three dollars a month. Also make sure they realize that money can only grow as they move through the business.

I hope this helps as far as what you should say to your new members who want to know how they will earn money with SFI. Obviously there are still other methods you can point out but I find these two points are the biggest draw.

The first thing I would say is do not send one of the stock text adds we have available to us to all the people on your list. People are to worried about scams, if you send them a stock message they will assume your account has been hacked and ignore the message.

With your friends you should write each of them a personal message, include details about your relationship to show that it is actually you, not a automatically sent message.

You should also insure that you take every chance you can to post your adds to facebook. Many of the free classified sites will have an option to post your link to facebook, twitter ect. This way it will keep what you are doing fresh in the minds of the people viewing your feeds.

The next step would be to join all the different groups you can find so that you are getting the word out to more people then just the ones on your friends list. Post regularly on these pages, get interested in what other people are doing as well, this way you are involved on the pages and people care more about what you have to say.

The biggest thing to remember is to get yourself known. SFI is a great site but people who do not know about it are going to assume it is just another scam, you have to make them trust you before they can trust what you have to offer.

The best place to market SFI is every place you go both physically and virtually.

Physically try to always have a few X-cards and flyers with you. Leave them in every place you go. Post flyers on hydro polls, leave X-cards on every table you pass.

Virtually you should always keep SFI in mind. Obviously you are not going to be working on this business every moment you spend surfing the internet but you never know when you are going to stumble on the perfect market. I am not going to get into the obvious locations (classifieds, message boards and the lot) because those are listed all over the place on this site. What is not listed are your favorite sites. The recipe website you go to every night before you decide what is for dinner may be the perfect place to advertise. Many websites will have an "advertise with us" button at the bottom of the page. Those links could be your new best friend.
