Welcome to SFI! I realize that you have asked a valid question as a new family to SFI. Based on your profile, you appear to be managing your SFI business well, but desires help to be more successful.
I hope the varying answers do not puzzle you instead of helping you. I am not sure if any answer will be appropriate for you, and the reason for this answer is because:
1. No two people perform exactly alike.

2. Someone with more network marketing experience than you may not require as much time, as you may need.
3. Every day may not require the same amount of time because of the activities needed to be done.
4. If you measure the time one person spends compared to the time you spend, you may get discouraged if they take less time than you.
Make sure every day, week, and month that you complete:
a. Your daily To-Do-List
b. Read the SFI Forum and AskSC.
c. Read any new learning material. Keep educating yourself.
d. Send out SFI Weekly Newsletter, and answer any questions that PSAs/CSAs have.
e. Always be available to help your PSAs/CSAs
f. Place advertisements for SFI, TripleClicks, PriceBenders auctions and games. .
g. My only suggestion is that I will limit the game and auction times, and focus more on the above activities if you did not achieve your Daily, Weekly or Monthly goals.
My reason for the above answers is to let you know there is no time-formula for success.

Hello Kumar,

I will explain to PSAs that PriceBender is part of the benefits of being an SFI affiliate. Additionally, when they place bid(s) in the PriceBender auctions it is a win-win action because they not only earn VPs for each bid, but they also receive 5 or10 MRPs even though they did not place the winning bid.
For example an accumulation of 126 MRPs can purchase 1 TCredit for bidding again, plus they earn 102 VPs. They can also buy from the Member Reward Store items from magazines to an Apple Ipad and much, much more. They can accumulate sufficient MRPs to purchase whatsoever they will like at http://www.tripleclicks.com/member_rewards.php?pg=1.

First of all, I will like to congratulate you for joining SFI and for achieving STL, and Top Enroller in such a short time. Your profile is quite impressive. Your profile is so impressive that you have met the description of being a Sponsor, which as one definition states is an influential senior sponsor or supporter.
In order to accommodate your request for a 'Mentor', you may have to be specific as to what you are looking for. Most experienced affiliates, Top Leaders, a2a friends etc, will most likely see you as an avid network marketer who does not need any help whatsoever.
Based on the above information, it may be good for you to read LaunchPad, Internet Income, and Rules of Success, try to understand the training, and ask questions about anything you still do not understand. However, in the meantime, you have other resources such as SFI Forum, your upline, a2a friends so you do not have to feel alone.

If I could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what I know now, I would take time to read and understand the program better without pushing to earn VPs. I would involve my team of upline affiliates in most of my decisions by asking more questions, and getting their advice. I believe I would have been further along in my SFI business, if I put first things first, making my SFI business foundation strong.
I feel silly asking my upline for help with advertising, building my team etc., after spending some time at SFI. As I said before, those should have been done from the beginning.

To be honest, when I joined SFI, I had recently been terminated from a very stressful job on which I worked for 24 years. I was over 50, and in my senior year of college. I wanted to try an online business where I was my own boss, and did not require quotas to be filled etc. In short, I wanted a stress less, fun –filled environment that did not require a lot of extra expenses. Everything I was looking for was what SFI had to offer. As I heard it was free, I kept thinking, ’you get what you pay for or In SFI case what you do not pay for’. At some point SFI was going to ask me for my credit or debit card numbers. There is going to be a ‘Gotcha” at the end of all my clicking and earning VersaPoints. Whenever I reached the point ok now I am taking this as more of a hobby than a real business, I would get a message stating that I just received new affiliate(s) or I would win TCredits or the some other prize in the Daily Grand drawing.
I know my success depends on me and not on SFI because they have given us all the tools and resources to be successful.
To sum it all up, for me, SFI is what the doctor recommends for a stress free work environment; a way to be educated for free; a place to communicate with others globally about a common denominator; a way to make money without having to hire a team of lawyers, accountants etc. (SFI keeps all records); no inventories etc., and the list goes on and on. I am having too much fun, and I am going to have to get serious so I can make some serious money(<>).
I wish you continued success in SFI. Do not give up!

‘Which is more effective--distributing TC gift cards online or in person?’
No doubt you will receive varied answers which are neither right nor wrong. I just want you to realize that my experience may not be your experience, and vice versa. You can ask yourself,’ Do I prefer to communicate with people on or off line? ‘Try to operate from your point of motivation and strength. I believe it is good to get ideas from experts, but in the end, I believe what gives the best results is not what you have to orchestrate from someone else’s experience, but what comes natural for you. Once you communicate effectively on or offline, you will get the results you are looking for.
By all means, try both and do not limit yourself. You will be able to develop your own statistical record of which are more effective, distributing TC gift cards online or in person.

A good welcome letter should be short and sweet because the New CSA will be overwhelmed by all the new training information, new jargon,and all the new daily activities.
Such a welcome letter should read as follows: "Hello (name), My name is (name). Welcome to SFI, a great place with great opportunities. I am here to help you with any questions you may have. My email address is (email address). I look forwarding to hearing from you and helping you to be successful."
