If you or anyone has good communications with their affiliate I would suggest that either the affiliate doesn't understand you, or the affiliate isn't doing their part.
The first part can be solved by contacting the CSA for this affiliate and explain your problem, then contact your affiliate one more time to see if you can help them understand how to be successful with SFI. ( One of the main ways for affiliate to be successful is to listen to their up-line.) Tell them that their co-sponsor will contact them and offer their help if the affiliate still pleads ignorance.
If none of this works them I would suggest that the affiliate really doesn't care and it's time to follow the Rules of Success......Work with the workers, they WILL listen.
